It annoyed me that, despite his volatile issues, Conte just made sense with this team. We’re at a stage where we looked ready for the next stage of our development, with a lot of our key players in their primes, and basically only 1 season with Pogba and Cavani due to their contracts, it could’ve been a great opportunity to have a proper crack at a trophy.For me the shift was talking about Conte, the more I talked about him the more Ole became inadequate because there is nothing that Ole gives us that is that valuable. He doesn't promote attacking football, doesn't use young players and he doesn't even operate on a low budget.
Instead it’s all now looking a bit bleak, we’ll likely lose Pogba, Cavani and Ronaldo in the same window which is a lot of experience and actual winners gone and alienated quite a few of our squad players, it just looks like we’ve let it get to a really unpleasant point instead of just parting ways with Solskjær naturally after the Liverpool debacle.
