there is no uncertainty, they aint gonna sack him. if they were minded to, they wouldve done it after the liverpool game.

Do you not know the real united DNA? The united DNA is not hiring footballing people but hiring the Glazer's or Woodward's mates/ex-associates of the club. We will never break out of this cycle
This is my worry. Apparently Richard Arnold is the guy taking over, i dont know much about him but he's another money guy who is directly beneath Woodward so would come into the job with the same mind set.

We can only dream of getting Ten Hag. More and more it's looking like Ole till the end if the season, we miss out on top 4 and we get Rodgers after that. Unbelievable.

Fergie had his Ronaldinho , Shearer and Obi Mikel moments but his pull was incredible. Rooney , Rio , RVP, RVN etc The good old days.
Fergie had his Ramsay's, his Robben's. Ole (more United under Ole) had his Bruno's, Sancho's and Ronaldo's. Big players come to big clubs.

If Ole stays till the end of the season we could still just as likely get Ten Hag. Who knows there may be another great manager suddenly available. I'm of the mind that I want a caretaker now and a proper plan in place for the summer (it is a lot to ask).

We'll lose to Chelsea and Arsenal, and that will be the final nail in the coffin I feel. Until then, we have Ole at the wheel.

"Destroying the club"? I mean that's a tad too dramatic, don't you think?

What do you think destroying a club means? Taking a gun and shooting at the stadium? Of course, he is right now destroying the club with his inability as a manager. If he continues at his position till the end of season, no surprise many talents in the squad will definitely leave the club. So his so-called building a great squad myth will also be erased. No need to say, we won’t get the top 4 and lose tonnes of cl money.

So you tell me, isn’t all of that destroying a club?

“Results in Europe”

- Got dominated and lost to Young boys.
- Got dominated by Villarreal just to beat them by a 95th min Ronaldo goal.
- Was losing 2-0 at half to the mighty Atalanta, and needed to come back and win it by a 81st min Ronaldo goal.
- Played terrible again against Atalanta and had to comeback (yet again, been on going theme for 2 seasons), to tie it in the 91st min goal by Ronaldo.

what great results, I bet we are a huge inspiration to most top teams in Europe.

I can see the future, we beat Watford, lose to Chelsea and draw with Arsenal (i.e. 1 win, draw, defeat like the last 3) and it will be deemed good enough. When we lose to Chelsea and Ole will say its confusing as we have been in good form (some lucky win against Watford we barely deserved). Throw in a woeful draw at Villarreal too.

Ten Hag is mentioned by many as a possible new coach but heres a quiz for anyone. Name one dutch manager coming from Holland and does good in a club of size?

Offering them a new contract each suggests we're scared of them leaving? Why is that the case when reports are coming out that players aren't best pleased with McKennas training methods, plus the players haven't progressed under their training methods.

They should all be shown the door together and give the next manager full reigns of the coaching staff, not hindering them with coaches we insist they use.

I agree, if true that is absurd.

I know that saying "Ten Hag in the summer" is a great comfort for supporters, but there's absolutely nothing to suggest that.

He should be sacked just for the way he handled Donny, Really poor conisdering the options like Matic/Fred/Scott/Pogba in the team who are not either consistent or hold the ball.

If we have Kroos/Casmero/Modric playing in midfield and have to keep Donny on bench i can understand that but not with options we have in the midfield.

Karma plays big part in everyones life and Ole will face consquences for treating someone so bad.

I am not saying Donny is the best but atleast hre deserves a run of games before wew judge him.

Our defenders are making so many sily mistakes these days so i am not supporting them but not having a controlled play in middle of the park is also the main reason so many times our defenders have to do last ditch savings

Absolutely sick of the sight of him. No shame. There has been a significant shift for me since the Liverpool game. It’s gone from knowing he isn’t the right man to actively disliking seeing him waffle on in press conferences and make daft decisions.

Another season completely written off through utter incompetence.

This is bad. I want Ole out but let's not go to the extreme of hounding him out by organising protests. Show your disgust during a game and that's fine but feel this is a step too far.
Why is it too far? Protest is the cornerstone of the people's voice.

We need to get that interim who can kill two birds with one stone

I've seen on Five's instagram page that David Orstein reported his job is safe and he'll be on the bench against Watford.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer still has the backing of the Man United board & will be in charge for Watford!
Hope Ronaldo likes the Conference League next season, 'cause that's the best case scenario under this amateur (unless he relegates us)

Simon Stones said the same yesterday. The club is a pure tragedy at this point.
We're basically a training stage for unproven managers/coaches/leadership at this stage. feck excellence, time wins trophies.

What a state we are in. What on earth can the club see that makes going forward with Ole a good idea. Delaying the inevitable only hurts the club which is the most important thing in this scenario. Doesn't help Ole's reputation either though.

There is zero chance Ole is staying beyond this season. Even with the board's blind confidence. Ten Hag will be one of the few managers rumoured to be available. He has been spoken about briefly by the Athletic and Simon Stone. So there's enough room to speculate that he could come here.

I am amazed that Ole did not have a clause in his contract to do with performances and results. Giving him a 3 year contract based on nothing, yet not even having a clause for early removal is pretty much incompetent.
We have done nothing right in the last 6 years and it has shown.

You'd expect that the Ajax manager would be tempted by an offer from United. There's just nothing to suggest United are interested.

Yeah hence why wreck it needs to come in and at least coach these players properly

If we want Ten Hag he'll come. Maybe in the summer but he will. But he's probably not fancy enough for the clowns running United.

For me the shift was talking about Conte, the more I talked about him the more Ole became inadequate because there is nothing that Ole gives us that is that valuable. He doesn't promote attacking football, doesn't use young players and he doesn't even operate on a low budget.

Yeah until then we need to do all we can to persuade Ralf to take it, remember that the guy has extensive knowledge of the european market whether that is players or managers which would be priceless

Yeah I agree, it’s the realization that he offers absolutely nothing and we are just wasting time and players careers that hurts the most.

Yup if Ten Hag is the man then try to get a caretaker who can either lift the team for a short period of time to ensure a decent season or someone whose style of plau doesn't differ from Ten Hags in the basic principles.

I’ve never known the pressure to sack a manager like this, I don’t think Moyes, LvG or even Jose was this obvious.

They didn’t see this coming in a million years and had zero prep in case Ole failed so now they’re stuck on what to do.
