Terrible, but I'm willing to let him at least have a season to see how he does. Remember SAF was rubbish at the start
Lingard recently was fit and didn't start every game. Also it's not that we have many options up front anyway.
Because our squad and the Real squad he took over are comparable?
Christ...
I was in diplomatic mood so far. Never said 100% what i really think about him, but now i will say it.
He is average manager. His last spell in Molde was average( two times 5th and one time third). In Cardiff it was debacle. Except his first few games here, our general play is nearly the same as it was with Jose.
He is all that nice talk and smile but on the pitch it is the same as it was with Jose. And to be completely honest, Jose at least didn't play on counters against small teams at OT.
You all say that he needs 300mil to build his squad. Our squad is not top class but he is dominated by West Ham and Watford at OT. There is no excuse for that.
We fecked up with new coach. Again.
Didnt start vs Barcelona too. Once we hopefully bring a player or 2 up front he won't play much.I'll argue he wasn't fit and he introduced him gradually. Anyway I hope you're right.
A game which Mourinho took a risk by playing a young CM in the backline to try improve our playing out the back. A move he has since been relentlessly criticised for. How is then playing Andreas at RB a positive from Ole?

I quoted you but this is main theme here. Our squad is somehow shit so it is normal to play like this.Ole can't turn shit into diamonds. Clearly it's all his fault.
Subs and favorites. That's used to criticize him. First is brought up whatever subs he makes second is made up imo.Lingard was dropped for Barcelona at home only a few days ago.
The favourite argument is stupid anyway. No matter who Ole starts people are going to complain because our squad isn't good enough at the moment. People think it can't get any worse but it very much can. Give Rojo a few more games at fullback and we will be crying out for Young.
*Juan Mata hug*
If not I'll be the 1st to say he's blind and has his favorites. We all hope so.
I don't know how anyone can watch us get consistently played off the park by teams like Watford, West Ham at Old Trafford and blame anyone but the management team.I quoted you but this is main theme here. Our squad is somehow shit so it is normal to play like this.
No, our squad is not shit. Our squad is not top class as Barca, Juve, City...but on the other hand our squad is space shuttle for all teams outside top6. And some of those teams dominated us. Against West Ham and Watford we were outplayed at OT. That is on manager, not "shit" players

Maybe. Or giving them the licence to prove that they are fit to be Utd players. It kind of seems like he has given the players too much licence to do what they want. As such the players are not working hard enough.
How is having no other option taking a risk? It is literally the opposite of taking a risk as its the only possible option. He had Darmian to choose anyway. Making a choice despite having other options is taking a risk.Ole has no other option in the bench for fullback position so he take a risk by playing Pereira, that's called taking a risk, like Fergie used to do so many times
Jose play Mctominay in cb from the start while still having Baily on the bench, that's stupidity and stubbornnesss and of course he made an excuse by saying something like wanting to play out from the back, if that's what he want he would have benched Smalling

So you've completely made something up to try praise Ole for something you've criticized Mourinho for. Nice double standards.

So in other words he was taking a risk? Ole literally just played Andreas at RB, a position he has never played. Also a risk. A risk he has just been praised for and Mourinho criticised for. Is playing young players out of position praiseworthy or should be criticised? Which is it? You can't just have it how you want it depending on what manager did it.Seriously? Mourinho opted for McTominat at CB from the start of the match several times, as I recall. You can get away more with wingers and fullbacks than you can with a CB or a CM that doesn’t get things right.
In no way has Ole engaged in anything comporable to sticking someone with no prior experience into such a position.
You're the one that said Ole had not other option. You can't even seem to observe what your own argument is.I wrote having no other option on the bench in case you can't read, and Ole said Darmian is still not matchfit. He still had option to keep Rojo and not changing the defense structure, so yeah Ole took a risk and Mou was being stupid.
Not double standard, just normal human observation
When was the last semi-decent performance?

He ENDED the match with Pereira on right back, he didn’t START several matches with him there. Central positions are also more prone to being disastrous if you’re not sure what you’re doing, a back position is far less so. I stated this earlier. Ole in addition did this to chase a result, whereas Mourinho did it with a very inexperienced youngster to prove a point, as his signing that was actually a CB was sitting on the bench. If you really don’t see the differences then I don’t know what to say.
I fully trust Ole. He'll get it right. Very excited for the summer.
