McTominay did more as a 10 then Pogba did and that was because of miscommunication. It was obvious we needed pace but we had nothing, no attacking outlet.

Under Moyes we did crosses and hoofing so Moyes at least had a game plan. Ole's game plan is to go for a draw in a must win game so we don't get 8 in 10 defeats. This is the person to take us forward.
At least Moyes was premier league proven and had done brilliantly with Everton.
I want him to succeed I really do, but I just can’t see it. I’ve slagged the players off enough over the course of this season, but he just looks clueless with managing a game. I don’t see how he’s going to get us the players we want/need.

i hear this a lot but i honestly don’t see a viable alternative, & i’ve thought these players aren’t good enough for a very long time.
i honestly don’t think the manager is the issue; we could have Pep & Klopp in charge; if a board that goes into a premier league season with 2 failed wingers as fullback cover is still in charge we’re done for.

It's a gimmick but I'll take it. He doesn't seem a great X and O coach but he's a great culture setter and you want him around the staff and players in a limited capacity. I wonder if he has the pull to attract his type of player with no CL football
