you have never filled your ground

We get a bigger gate than your capacity when playing lower league teams in the cup. ;)

so with the new available season tickets they'll just let us know if we can have one, is that right or do we have to register to say we want one?

Last two seasons have been The Pride of Stockport's best average attendances, ever. New stadiums = new fans. Always is the case for some strange reason.

23K, actually.

We've also had 60K+ crowds in the second division.

But it's true. A new stadium always brings in new fans.

Funny that, indeed.

Everytime Citeh play in their rental flat the earth gets moved off it's axis by the amount of people moving to their side of the planet... truly massive!

a couple of photo's taken yesterday:

don't know why there's a large chunk of terraceing missing in the North East corner?

the North West corner being clad, coming along quicker than the other end

As my new office is in the Lowry, I'm going to take my boots, hard hat and hi-vis jacket down and try and blag my way in to the ground, and I'll take some pics of the inside...

unless I get slung off site...

I reckon I can blag my way in there...

no, that was a one off, we were playing shite then so I reckon it was a silent protest.

It's a thing of beauty....you miserable cnut :D

I'm also looking forward to not being sat in the vertigo stand next year.
You and BA will be back in T3, the Glazer corporation have those corner seats earmarked for backhanders. ;)

It's the NW they're opening first, from what I could tell from the Arsenal ticket application form...

Weastie - where did you get that inside photo from?

I get it at last - that wall with the staggered rising seating along it is how they match up the second Tiers of the North stand and the ends. Looks a bit shit, but had to be done I suppose!

and if i remember rightly it was the day before we had 58,000 v Bayern Munich, and quite a few of their fans boosted the attendance to over 3,000 !!!!!! says it all

Nice try KK but I was there
23,000
End of season
Nothing to play for.
Wet, windy night
WIMBLEDON FFS

In those circumstances no other club would have got 10,000

The core cuts into the extention.

it does yes, as can be seen from the wireframe diagram that was posted a few pages back. I presume this isn't a problem as there was probably no point in putting seats that far back in the corner due to sight-line problems caused by the meeting of the roof structures?

was definitely over 23,000.

McClair scored the only goal of the game...

So, as far as I can tell there aren't actually any new boxes. Which means these:

(From the official site)
are just the existing ones refurbished?
Well that's one blessing anyway...

(Eh? Can't get image tags to work anymore!)

They don't work with URLs to certain sites. It's not the forum software, as I've seen image tags that work with URLs on other vBulletin powered sites that turn into normal links on here.

The old boxes have had their ceiling height increased and a load of hospitality and VIP concourse stuff for dining has been added.

Cheers Weaste - thought I'd just been away from the caf for too long!

At least all the dining & that is hidden away, and they've not sacrificed seats for boxes. I quite thought that the concrete "wall" that runs half way along was going to be another row of boxes until I saw the photos...
