I have another eBay question lads. The Vita still hasn't despatched. I won it and paid for it on Monday and haven't heard from the seller since Tuesday despite a fair few messages. I'd ideally like to get a full refund and the seller can just go ahead and relist. Where do I stand on this? Is there any downside for the seller in doing this? If there isn't it should be easy to talk them into it.

I went with the solution of ordering one from Argos anyway with the offer. I'll then sell on the eBay one when it arrives with the 8GB card that came with Argos order.
Seller would need to do a refund via paypal then cancel the transaction so that cancels the seller fees (10%) he would have to pay. I think the link you posted said that it would be delivered in 6 days or summit. Once that day happens it would be fair enough to start a paypal case as not received the item, scpecially if he doesn't even get in touch with you.
Seller has been in touch. Said they will post it tomorrow. I'll just sell it on when it arrives, I should easily be able to make my £130 back if its brand new, right?
£130 - 10% eBay and 5% paypal fees, and with the Argos offer at the mo I'm not sure what you would get. Just wait to get it and see if it is actually brand new and unopened like the description says.
I'd probably sell it local. Never liked the idea of selling through eBay. The seller claimed the box was open but everything was still in its packaging. If there is a hint that the contents have been used I imagine I am in my rights to return? I will see with my Argos order how everything is supposed to be packaged so that will be a good indication.
It's a shame I was so impatient and bought the eBay one, but I'm confident that a brand new Vita would be easy to shift without a loss. I'll be offering the 8Gb memory card with it as well, as I have a 16Gb on order.
Ideally she won't despatch it tomorrow as she agreed and I can just ask for a refund then.

I predicted the early death of the Wii and the long-term death of their console business. The question you need to ask is can they remain relevant producing their own portable only in the longer term?

That's what I wanted to hear. My Argos order is paid for on my Argos card, so I haven't spunked £300 quid quite yet. By the time I have to pay for the Argos order it should be sold.
I doubt i'd use a full 32gb though so i'm happy to stick with 16gb for now.
I need a new card, but I don't want to be swapping them in and out all of the time. I'm waiting for the 64GB.

Yes, it's a PS1 game, you should be able to easily transfer it to the VITA. I have it on my VITA. There is 1.4GB gone of your 16GB card.

Should be able to transfer your save too, and continue from where you stopped, if you fancy.

Due to a modest amount of new releases I reckon at one point pretty much all Vita titles will have been offered on PS+ They had some months when they gave us two full games, July with Unit 13 and Ninja Gaiden for instance. I believe Uncharted and Gravity Rush will be taken off in November and replaced by two new titles but I struggle to find two games in PS Store that interest me that I don't already have - unless they give us Dragon's Crown and The Walking Dead!

I'll probably buy both soon enough, I'm thinking of grabbing Walking Dead digital as it's too expensive boxed and Dragon's Crown in retail as it'd be possible to sell if it those mad people really offer it for free for PS+ members.

There are loads of new releases in the pipe.
Not right now but perhaps the new year will bring the best out of Vita. Borderlands 2 will come out so that alone is a bit of a great news as I've not played it on a PS3 nor do I intend to as I'd rather wait on a Vita version. God of War HD and Final Fantasy HD are supposed to be lined up for next year in Europe too, aren't they? I'll be delighted for as long as they keep releasing reheashed versions of big PS3 and PS2 titles to be fair.
There is all sorts. Disgaea 4 for example if you like that sort of thing, Injustice if you like that type of thing. Problem is a lot of this seems to go under the radar. Japan is getting next month God Eater 2, then a month later FFX and X-2.
Disgaea for some reason is unavailable in Poland and really tough to come by, I guess I'll have to import it from Amazon UK which won't be too hard. It does seem good to me.

Got killzone today from my mate who didn't want it from the Argos bundle - It's very good. The graphics for a handheld device are impressive and the multiplayer is pretty fun.
I got the beta and it was awesome. Best shooter for a handheld easily.
Shame the Vitas thumbsticks arent brilliant that's my only issue. Not Killzones fault of course.
I actually curse the fecking things on a regular basis. What can you do though, it's down to size?
I don't mind them all that much, really. Now the PSP, that was a shitberg thumbstick/nub/whatever.
FIFA 14 for example treats the stick as if it-s a simple 8 way D=PAD, there is no analogue control whatsoever.
