Bucs to offer HC position to Arians...

Come on Browns get your shit together!

Stunning, reports that AZ will hire Kliff Kingsbury as HC. Not sure how to feel about this but we shall see...

Seems like it’s confirmed. Intriguing to see what he will do with Winston.

 Rosen you mean ?

Not sure how he will fare as an NFL head coach given that he just got fired from a mid level college job, but he does have a great track record of working with QBs including Mayfield, Mahomes, Keenum, and Manziel. Working with Rosen in a more uptempo Air Raid style may make the Cards cool again.

No - Winston. Was talking about Bucs & Arians!

I don’t really know much about Kingsbury at all so really can’t comment to be honest! Cardinals are probably not that far off being a respectable team though if they can get Rosen firing to some degree. They’ve got some pieces on both sides of the ball.

He threw that ball in excess of 300 yards, it’s the darndest throw I’ve ever seen
:D

It was actually a very impressive throw given the ball travelled like 90 yards through the air and would have hit his receiver in stride...you know, if it wasn't thrown into double coverage. Great throw, better defence. Although if the point is look how far he could throw, i'm pretty sure 90% of NFL QBs and even college QBs could throw at least 90 yards. Saw a video of a college kid throwing from one end zone to the other in practice

Still, the lasting image of Brady from the game will forever remain him overthrowing an open Gronk by like 5 yards on would have been a lead-taking TD

A no-pressure throw with run up. Brady bois are easily impressed. I reckon at least half of the current QB's could make that throw.

Come back when Brady can throw like this:

What is this ludicrous conversation

I’m sure Brady cares so much about who made the most epic throw with all that ice on his fingers.

It feels hollow to him though, you can feel it, he knows he doesn't deserve it all. Empty championships.

I wonder what Rodgers could have achieved working under a master coach like BB.

Rodgers under Belichick would be like Matt Cassell under Belichick. He would improve but probably never be great. Lack of natural talent is limiting even for the best coaches.

Is that you Skip Bayless?

Vic Fangio as Broncos HC.

Yea never mind the new offensive path of the game, let's hire a 60 year old defensive coordinator who's never been deemed worthy of a head coaching role before.

Want to trade for LaFleur

Kubiak will run the offense.

I know, another fresh and interesting new take.

Elway: "we'll conduct a thorough search for the right man and consider where we've been going wrong".

Elway - interviews four old guard coaches and one interesting young outsider with connections to one of the exciting offenses in the game. Insists that his old mate Kubs is going to be OC and hires one of the old defensive dudes.

When this inevitably goes tits up Elway has to go.

I wouldn't get too caught up between old vs new. Kubiak has proven himself at the highest level (as a Super Bowl winning coach) and Fangio just put up a killer D in Chicago (#3 in the NFL), so all things said it could be a good result for Elway as long as they get the right players to compliment both coaches.

Lack of natural talent?

Look, if he was truly skilled he wouldn't have had to go to a community college. Hes made his living thanks to Mick McCarthy's schemes. Remember when Matt Flynn threw for 500 yards once? Further proof that Rodgers is just a system quarterback with above average skills. If he played in the previous generation he would be Rob Johnson.

I was messing about

Just like Chris Hughton

The market for coaches is just wacky... One lifer defensive assist, a guy fired from a middling college program hired because McVay, and an OC from a crap offensive team.

Hue Jackson and Vance Joseph, come on down!
