Bears should have thrown the game against the Vikings last week. Philly was a tougher matchup and the Bears have had Minny’s number this season. Don’t think they’ll repeat, but Philly (and Foles in particular) have the confidence, belief, and swagger of a team that’s been there and done it before.

Fantastic. AFC looks to have the better games from now on though.

not an eagles fan but glad the bears lost. all this shit about how its been so long since theyve been here. chicago played in the conference championship in 2011 and the super bowl in 2007. the lions havent played in the conference championship since 1991, have never played in the superbowl and are 1-12 in the playoffs in the super bowl era.

Ok guy

Question for you guys: on a scale of 1 to 12 inches, how terrified should the saint be of facing Foles?

Bears would make playoff far more entertaining than Eagles. Hate them, but I had money on them too.

Bears should have thrown the game at HT last week . Easy to say in hindsight but they had completely humiliated the Vikings and should have taken them along . Eagles have a top roster full of winners now and it was always going to be a close game

Worst thing is having to read Ayush post here about the great Eagles.

Funny thing is that drive by Mitch was really good in that time

I once saw the cowboys head coach Ice his own kicker
Does that count ?

Haha, ya it was against the Arizona Cardinals a few years ago. Thought he should get sacked after that but hey, the guy's just coached his team to a win in a playoff game so what do I know. Jason Garrett's reaction to his own TO was priceless though. Everyone thought the game was over as the Cards didn't have a TO remaining so quite the shock when the commentators found out that Garrett did so himself.

You're going to work???

It's my first day back this year and I'm considering calling out sick

I already went to office on 2nd and I was the only one. Everybody is supposed to be in office tomorrow. If I don't go, there will some silly thing that'll get escalated. Although after this result, maybe there will be a bunch of people calling in sick.

bear fans suck

That's absolutely despicable. Have just lost a lot of respect for Bears fans after that. Really good moment in the documentary "The Four Falls of Buffalo" where the Bills fans rallied behind Scott Norwood after he missed a game-winning FG kick in the super bowl. He came back a year later and was clutch with his FG kicks, helping the Bills to get back to the super bowl. Unfortunately, that's where the good part of the story ends for the Bills, lost 4 super bowls in a row....
