NFL 2024 | Christmas Day Double Header

We got him, we got our boy!!! Welcome to the Minnesota Vikings, Daniel Jones.

Enjoy Thanksgiving today, for all Americans / those celebrating in here!

Such a nice feeling to be at work and know that there's football on tonight, we only get that once a year.

DAZN are doing a 99p offer for the all of the upcoming games in the next week. Might be good for anyone who usually watches the games by, ermm, other means.

I’m assuming it means I can watch highlights, otherwise I’ve just wasted 99p.

Maybe a day to cue up a classic Thanksgiving Day Game from 30 years ago - Green Bay at Dallas. When Jason Garrett went off in the second half, rallying Dallas from 17-6 and 24-13 down to a 42-31 win. Sterling Sharpe had four receiving touchdowns; sadly, he'd have his career ended a few weeks later.

Trivia: Who can identify the random QB signed by Dallas that week with Aikman and Peete out? He was on the roster for this game only but did not see action.

Hint: His college had a 'Tiger' mascot.

Regular Season Week 13 New
I know it's the correct call but I fecking hate how that is ruled an incomplete pass rather than what it really is which is a fumble.

Just got in, put the NFL on pretty much as it’s cutting away from the studio and I see Paul Merson? Has he turned up to work two days early so they’ve chucked him in the nearest studio or is he actually a bit of a NFL fan?

I saw an interview online earlier, he said he’s been a Jets fan for 20 years, so he knows how Spurs fans feel.

Fair enough. Was probably one of the last people I was expecting to see sat there was all. He picked Tom Brady over Thierry Henry at least when asked. I thought it could go either way though.

What the feck? That ball was 10 yards away from the receiver, what a bullshit call.

Did they just forget that they had a time out left?

Go home Chicago: you’ve have too much turkey and beaujolais nouveau and you’ve lost track of your ability to manage the clock.

That is absolutely ridiculous, cannot be explained whatsoever

Eberflus needs to be gone by tomorrow.

Put £100 on the Packers to beat the Dolphins at 8/15. Temperature will be -3 and snow is forecast.

Well… you’re asking for a backup QB who was on a roster for one game 30 years ago so you should take what you can get.

Doug Williams?

Right on. Jeff was a regular starter up through around 1998, discounting 1996 in which he was suspended after first three games and later released mid-season.

Doug retired around 1990/1991.

Answer: Tommy Hodson, LSU.

If only Jerry could have afforded Derrick Henry..
