Cheers folks
Indy makes a slight jump to 3 via the Cards to gazump (is that a real word?) anyone after their QB and then all hell breaks loose, especially if Jalen Carter gets past Seattle at 5.How does everyone think this will go. If the Texans don't take a QB at number 2, which is being mocked a lot, then there could be a raft of trades to get into the 3-8 positions and take those left.

I'll be watching with my boy RayGQue's livestream.
Ray's great, glad to find another fan on here And he's also a great college prospect evaluator.
Don't think that happens though, because someone could still trade into #2 to get the QB of their choice?
Jalen Carter goes to Seattle or Chicago imo, not slipping out of the top 10. I think the Colts draft Stroud if he's available at #4 and otherwise the Titans might slightly trade up. The Raiders are too bad at drafting to get him at #7, probably.
My prediction (no trades):
1. Young
2. Anderson
3. Johnson Jr.
4. Stroud
5. Richardson
6. Witherspoon
7. Gonzalez
8. Robinson
9. Carter
10. Wilson
11. Levis
12. Smith
13. JSN
14. Van Ness
15. Skoronski
Would love it if the Packers draft a first round WR for the first time in forever exactly the week in which Rodgers left them
He’s this draft’s Malik Willis. Well, let me amend that a little - even Willis played well at Liberty.Has there ever been a successful NFL quarterback who has only played the position for 1 year (and been quite average at it) prior to being drafted like Richardson? Can't help feeling that he will be a mega bust.

There has also never been a QB entering the NFL as athletic as Richardson either. Ever. He’s this draft’s Malik Willis. Well, let me amend that a little - even Willis played well at Liberty.
He will most certainly be a mega bust.

That said, I agree that his bust potential is very high. But in the unlikely scenario that a QB coach gets him to figure it out, oh my.
The thing to keep in mind regarding ARich is he missed his senior year of HS through injury and his frosh year was COVID with a coaching staff incompetent enough to not know to start Dameon Pierce.Has there ever been a successful NFL quarterback who has only played the position for 1 year (and been quite average at it) prior to being drafted like Richardson? This could be a 'Mandarich level bad' pick for some team.
That sounds ominous.Apparently the Vikings are 1 of three teams that have spent significant time working with him.
That sounds ominous.
We have so many holes to fill, I'd rather we trade out of the first to accrue picks. I am basically like a neutral tonight & am pretty geeked about the draft as there could be some head scratchers tonight.

Are they going to be the Richardson suckers then?Lots of rumors the titans have made a deal with Arizona for the third pick. Colts must be bricking it.
Yep. Hand up. I just detest Lamar because of what he did over a couple of games to my Seminoles years back. There's a lot of you on here who need to eat your own words re: Lamar being stupid for not taking what he was offered, being stubborn and making a mistake by representing himself, for believing he was hurting himself.
Highest-paid player in NFL history
Let's say you're projected to be going in the third round and you have an equal chance to start with every team. What is the team you are hoping does not select you?
I sometimes wonder if a few of the players are crying because they've been selected by a team they really don't want to be at.
They're the one who instantly comes to mind. Don't think I'd like to go to Green Bay for 4 years with them rebuilding and the shitty cold weather to boot.Cleveland.

Forgot about the taxes. Miami's too hot for me. This place is more like it:Yea that doesn’t seem like a great destination in terms of lifestyle.
On the flip side of that, Miami weather and the lack of a state income tax is something you’d be quite happy with.
