Basically what the judge seems to be that in this case the rules and collective bargaining agreement don't let the NFL make a suspension for the reasons they cited for suspending him.
Judge has Brady in his fantasy team.

How is it a bullshit decision? I honestly think a lot of fans just made up their minds that Brady was guilty and haven't really paid much attention to the story since. In the report the judge even used put the word "independent" in quotation marks when referring to the Wells report.

Goodell has already said they will appeal which is to be expected. I would doubt that Judge Berman's decision will be over ruled unless there was outstanding hard evidence to do so and if such evidence was present then Brady would not have won the appeal in the first place. However, feck Goodell. The whole saga that has been created by the NFL has been so bad for the game in general, will be delighted to see the back of it however what kind of precedent does it set down the road? Are we going to have more players looking to take up legal cases over punishments after seeing Brady win his? It could open the floodgates in the future with all kinds of legal cases over punishments they hand out if players really believe they may have a case against the NFL.

Over turning a suspension for breaking the laws on the football field is also a lot less of a public relations nightmare for the NFL then over turning a suspension that was levied for a domestic violence incident.

The suspension has already been reduced at this point. Any further reduction is going to be a nightmare for Goddell and open him to even greater attacks of hypocrisy. I'm sure ole Rog well just pay for another commercial about not turning your back on domestic violence though
