I cannot for the life of me see why everyone has the Colts to win the AFC. Does everyone have a picture of Andrew Luck on their wall that they jack off to every night? They've been blown out by the Patriots 4 times over the last 2 years. The only team to challenge New England will be and has been Baltimore, or Denver in Denver. Belichick has Luck's number, just like he did with Peyton Manning. And so would John Harbaugh in a crunch game. The mind boggles why there's this fascination over Andrew Luck and his team.

It was in the best interests of the team.

Some good stuff about Ernie Adams coming out now. An almost mythical figure in New England.

They will defeat the Patriots this year.

Remember this post.

Maybe not this year but I do get the feeling that they will get over the hump at some point and have a run of being the team to beat in the AFC.

Luck is legit - worthy of his anointment and some of their performances in the Playoffs against other teams have been impressive.

My main issue is their inability to match up schematically in the trenches with the Patriots. When they bring in an extra offensive lineman (eligible), or there is any confusion on whether to treat Gronk as a blocker or receiver - they get moved around like a toddler. Any NFL calibre running back who knows how to read blocks would have went for 100+ yards in recent history, then you have one of the best play action QB’s in NFL history to deal with on top of that. Hard to see them consistently beating the Patriots until they prove they can be competitive against the run. With their lack of personnel moves down the spine of their defense and the injury to Arthur Jones, I don’t see how it’s going to change. We’ll see, maybe they win a shootout in a big game.

Ah ok. You lads know if this means they will be introducing a highlights show? Watched the channel 4 highlights show last season.

Got an email stating:

The BBC and NFL have agreed a new two-year rights deal to include live coverage of all three International Series game at Wembley as well as Super Bowl 50.
The new deal also includes a weekly highlights show on BBC Two and online, ‘The Road to the Super Bowl’, which will run from the final Wembley game at the start of November until the climax of the season in February.

Finally, someone else gets it

sky sports redzone / nfl.com normally do a good package on all the touchdowns (not quite highlights) but thats always worth a good watch in the interim :)
