Look, Ole has been backed hugely at his time in the club (money-wise, performance-wise and even trophy-wise) no other big team would hang on a coach that keeps bottling it literary every time that matters and keep serving shit on a stick football week in week out.
As you said this is the third season and our best start, sure but come on man ask yourself, if this was Mourinho or Van Gaal or whomever non legend of this club would you be so patient with this football and these excuses? 3 years into the job? I don't think so.
Are we progressing? Sure, but very very very very slowly, factoring the players that we now have. Would another coach be able to make us play attacking football with some style and not hoofball like, say Tuchel?
In my opinion yes, Rodgers for example had Leicester playing quick attacking football in less than 3 months nevermind 3 years and with a team consisting of Ronaldo, Sacho, Varane, VDB, Rashford, Shaw etc.
Many posters posters in here keep blabbing about the unbeaten record and all that. But winning gives you the league not not-losing.
Do you think that playing like this is sustainable in the long run?
Is "go out there and enjoy yourselves lads" and "show passion, desire, hunger" enough to get us the league or the Champions League?
I'm not so sure about that.
