Revamp or new stadium, I don't care. Just please install some new rain gutters at the very least because the latest videos on social media are embarrassing for a club like United.
Plus Wembley is a neutral stadium - it'd be very different having a club stadium that is suddenly given some weird kind of official national status. Be different if it was part of a wider move to decentralise (though I agree with RAB, why would the FA allow all that money to go elsewhere) - with national status granted to stadia in the northeast, midlands, northwest etc..

With 55m it is the fourth tallest waterfall in the UK. Only behind Cauldron Snout (60m), Canonteign Falls (70m) and Cautley Spout (76m)

apparently they have a committee that is looking at the rain flooding issue but changes aren't expected to be made structurally until possibly July

As one of the comments says, if United were to build a large modern new stadium next to the existing one they would need all that land to do it. Any new platforms would be adjacent to the current track, not veering off into the middle of the plot as shown. I'm not saying they will be able to use any of that land, just if they could.

It really doesn't take that long to employ an engineer to assess the roof and then work out how to get it fixed. It just requires a billionaire to spend a bit of his money.
It is also something that should be done immediately regardless of if the plan is for a new stadium or not, in case along with the leaking water a bit of the roof decides to come down on someone's head.

This doesn’t relate to Man Utd but if you look at the standards that are set at Real Madrid you can why they are successful.

Problem is I doubt there's 2-3billion down the back of a sofa somewhere to pay for it.

Moving the freight terminal to somewhere else in GM and building a new railway is a massive undertaking and will happen alongside wider regeneration.

Seeking financing for a new stadium wouldn't have been an issue if we weren't highly leveraged. The EPL really fecked us allowing those cnuts through the door.

I 100% agree. This is going to be at least a five year project. Making Old Trafford a better place to be in the mean time is a good thing.

We have no didicated cheese room.
If they redo OT then where will play our home games? Highly doubt City will let us ground share with them.
There's a large walk in dairy fridge in the north stand mostly containing cheese, the smell still haunts me. Someone told me Spurs have a pipeline system throughout some kitchens just for gravy, I'm not sure if that's true or just some Willy Wonker bullshit but that's what we need to be aspiring to

I imagine it is true. If OT is rebuilt I hope they pipe gravy directly to each seat so you can have as much as you like on tap.

The hospitality packages that the clubs have available and the services/facilities. So just as a small example Brighton offer Tunnel Club, heated leather seats, charging points and QR code in seat dining service for food and drinks.
We need to be offering the finest hospitality services possible and honestly we are not, we're very behind.
