Nemanja Vidic - Thanks for it all

He hasn't been here in a while but this also must officially end Vuc's posting career on the Caf.

Sums Vidic up perfectly.

Can't thank him enough for his time here and his contribution towards our success. On the other hand, I might have to start supporting Inter from next season, because of him. Can't wait to see him live at the San Siro.

Most dominant box defender we've had. Put the ball into the air and Vidic will protect the skies

You could have thrown a brick in the air and he'd have headed it, what a player.

Extremely poor cam quality. But the fans' reaction at the end says it all. :(

I must say, as a Serbian MUFC fan, and despite being fairly young, that I'm afraid I won't see a countryman receiving such a tribute at Old Trafford again

Great scenes! Absolute legend! Good luck at Inter!

What a player and leader. Loved this guy every time he wore the red shirt. He will be sorely missed. Up there with Stam. Good luck Vidic.

One of my favorite players ever. He will be missed.

THANK YOU FOR THE MEMORIES CYBORG VIDIC !

I just might have to watch a couple Inter Milan games next season.

I know VDS will get the most credit for that longest run without conceding a goal in 2008/09 season, but come to think of it, it would hardly have been a four digit figure in minutes, if not for our Vida. A dying breed, indeed!

I guess i will have to watch some italian football now, what a legend! Him and Rio is the best centerback partnership ive ever seen. He will be truly missed.

Thanks for everything and good luck in Italy.

Best defender I've seen at United, and my only real favourite player. Will be missed. Obviously a legend.

Does anyone know the true reason why he decided to leave?
He would.

Honeslty though, I really do think it was pretty close to a mutual decision. He has done it all at United, getting towards the end of his career, the club is going through a transition period, he can prolong his career in Italy. His family seem to want the move, it just suits both parties really.

I'll have to find the speech somewhere, nice of him to play at OT for the last time even if it wasn't in the best of circumstances. One of the best defenders this club has seen, and probably will ever see. His partnership with Ferdinand was the best ever in the Premier League. Shame his injuries problems meant he never got back to his best consistently.

Always loved his late goal vs Sunderland, especially the celebration.

Real warrior on the pitch.

One thing that got me after the match during his speech and lap around the pitch was how genuinely appreciative he is of the fans. Not that I ever doubted it but he really seemed to be truly grateful. You could just tell that his thanks was as he described, from the bottom of his heart.

Thank you Vida :)

Quite simply one of the finest in world football at his peak, a player who would have graced any team in the world.

Made in Serbia, perfected in Manchester.

Great captain, never could say a bad word about him, shame that he's going. Always will have a huge dose of respect especially for that readiness to fight for Serbia. Says everything about his character. What a man.

Gutted that Vidic is leaving. He's been an absolute rock at the back for us, arguably one of our greatest ever centre backs and a fantastic leader and captain. His passion, die-for-the-cause attitude and 100% effort over the years will never be forgotten.

Thanks for everything Nemanja.

Mate watching again makes me so fecking emotional.

If there is ever a reason to buy a season ticket in the stretford end it's for moments like that. Can't beat it.

It's funny, I've known that he'll be departing for months now, but I think tonight it finally hit home.
Cracking player, the best defender in the world at his peak, absolute beast. Earned his legendary status.

I'll miss him. He's been a rock. I wonder if he regrets making the decision to leave so soon considering what's happened since.

For me VDS, Vidic and Ferdinand have been the best back 3 as a partnership in United's history.

There truly is no limit to the amount of things he could propel his head into. Won't feel right without him here for a while, I know he's been in and out of late but he still feels like a central part of our team.

fecking legend.

Also I loved RvP in that video during the chant in his speech with his arms in the air chanting
