The defense in this game, from both teams, was incredible.

The sloppiness has always been their Achilles heel, even when Durant was there. When you move the ball as much as they do, turnovers inevitably occur. Steve Kerr has the occasional rant about it, but nothing seems to change. What it all boils down to is "can their superior offense offset such mistakes?" If the answer is yes they could easily win the chip, if no then probably not.

Yeah I agree that some of it is part & parcel of the style but you can’t have 14 turnovers in a half in a playoff game . It’s just madness
Hence the occasional Kerr rant. The thing is though, it's not just the style it's the entire culture. It's play fast and loose, enjoy ourselves, get out there and everybody have fun and damn the consequences. I think Kerr puts up with it for the most part because even with this loose-goosey way of operating the consequences have usually been pretty good. Tonight they won by 30, so who's to say even with all the turnovers, the approach is not the right one.

Steve Kerr said that when GP2 was cheap shotted. Ja is claiming JP purposefully injured him and comparing it to the Brooks cheap shot.
He hurt his knee in the game. Poole pulled on his knee. Seems unlikely that this is what did the damage, and if it was, it was accidental, but that's what he's insinuating and the broke the code bit is what Kerr said about Brooks when he injured GP2 in game 2.
It looked he actually got hurt but on a different play totally unrelated to Poole.
This series has been one thing after another.

The Grizz are playing the heel a bit too much, they have gone from young team to root for, to one of the most hated teams on the internet in 1.5 series.
Right, hope for his sake it was just a bad joke then as even if Poole did hurt him, although I can't see how, it's still not even in the same stratosphere compared to what happened to GP2.
Have to say I've fallen in love with the NBA over the last few years, even got the league pass on nba.com now for the playoffs so I'm watching as much as I can. Still a bit of a noob when it comes to things off the court but I'm getting into that slowly but surely as well.

Hypocritical words from Kerr all week though. Ask Kawhi or Steven Adams how they feel about how the Warriors go when it comes to adhering to the 'code.'
The irony of the Kawhi situation never fails to escape me. Bruce Bowen was the best exponent in the league for years of putting his feet under a players landing area (plus a few other dirty tricks thrown in for good measure) and Pop condoned it all. Maybe Steve Kerr being a disciple of the Greg Popovich school of basketball explains it all.
As for Draymond, he's really hard to defend (not just with Steven Adams) since he can be a bit of a tool. However, I will say that I don't remember anything similar to the Dillon Brooks foul from him where his antics actually caused a player to miss games.

Not for me. They're still my favourite team this post season. They're starting to feel themselves a little too much though, so I get why others are turned off by them.
I am so bored of all this stuff between Warriors & Grizzlies. I think Dillon brooks foul was disgusting but Draymond & Kerr with their holier than thou attitude annoyed me a lot too. Now Memphis continuing with this is just as annoying. Would be nice if we could just focus on some basketball which I must admit has been excellent in this series

Dallas looking good so far. I still expect Phoenix to take it comfortably even from 2-2 but they will at least make it a series.
Be shocked if Dallas can sustain this intensity and shooting for three more quarters. They've hit 61.5% from 3-range and 62% overall.
