NBA 2018-2019

He has that old school mentality. Declined work out invitations from Lebron, KD, Harden, Melo, and other current NBA players in the summer, because it didn't make sense for him to become "buddy-buddy" with them when he'll have to try to kick their asses during the season. Decided to work out with Kobe instead, showing up three hours early to prove to Kobe that he was serious about getting better. Certainly a player you can get behind.
I love that mindset, I'm rooting for the Bucks big time.
If he really becomes good at shooting, then RIP the rest of the league. Could easily become the most dominant attacking force since Shaq (of course in a totally different way), while being a terrific attacker.
I think he'll get to a very decent level, very exciting to see how he'll further improve overall.

Without KD I think the warriors are done against the rockets and even if they make it through the rockets without KD they are not winning it. They just don't have the depth.

As pointed out by someone else already these games against the rockets are so intense. And the warriors rotation is even shorter than the rockets. Remember last year how the rockets just played I think 6 guys. They are doing a better job with rest for Harden this year.

I haven't seen the bucks much this year, so I don't know much about them. It looks you guys all favor the bucks against the rockets? Come to think of it who would guard Giannis? PJ Tucker maybe?
I still think there is hope against the Rockets. The Dubs have already beaten Houston in Houston this year without KD and even though they will be underdogs, the Rockets are not that deep either and their core players have all been playing 40+ minutes as well. I was listening to Chris Broussard this morning and he was saying that he thought it would be very interesting to see if the Dubs can turn back the clock to the way they were playing 4 or 5 years ago pre-KD. If they can since they still have the core players from the 73-9 team (even if the bench is not as good) they can still be competitive vs the Rockets. He then went on to say that he was picking the Warriors in 7.

The problem the Dubs are going to have though is that even if they can get by the Rockets and the Nuggets/Blazers, since two starters are now gone and they didn't have much of a bench to begin with they'll be well and truly knackered. I agree with you and just don't see them having anything left vs Bucks/Raptors if (and it could be a big IF) they can make it that far.

Game that warriors won had Boogie go off for his best game in a warriors jersey. I just don't see how this current team wins tbh . I have put nice money on rockets at 3/1 because barring an absolute disaster performance from the Rockets I just can't see the warriors winning

Some interesting odds both for Rockets v Dubs and NBA Championship.

Vegas still has the Dubs as a favorite to win it all but now for the first time in a long time they are odds against at 13/10.

Up by 8 now, we have a chance to force game 7.

I don’t get how you can put Evan Turner on the floor in 4th quarter of decisive game. Are we trying to purposefully throw it away so we don’t need to play G7?

Very nice of you to keep this series going :D Now hopefully the Rockets get that game 7 too. All set up for the Bucks to win it all

We will be huge underdogs in Denver but who knows, it’s just one off game and anything can happen.

For a 3-3 series, Toronto v Philadelphia have not really had too many close games, have they?

Game 2 was sort of close with late Toronto comeback, game 4 was close until final minutes of fourth quarter and that's about it.

Portland v Denver have been competitive aside from game 5, and had that amazing 4OT. Warriors v Rockets have basically had five supercompetitive games already too.

Until the Kawhi 3 pointer killed the game. Was hopeful until then. Hopefully, the Simmons we saw yesterday shows up and Embiid is fully fit.

This playoff has been great.

Tonight we will finally see what a fair league would be. Oh wait, the Warriors still have 3 incredible players.

That being said, they acquired them a fair way, so more power to them.

Sign and trade, although I am not sure why Kyrie would sign.
Yeah if he wants to go somewhere else he will just go there without S&T which would require sending assets and subsequently weakening that team.

This playoffs has had more competitive games than the past 2 years combined. And we haven't even reached the conference finals yet, I love it.

Having four All-Stars including the best player in the league to go along with that amazingly astonishing attitude does help a little I think.

And Draymond is hated for reasons other than being key to incredibly wonderful mentality too.

I would argue that people like Draymond are primarily all stars because they win a lot of games. They win a lot of games because of what I mentioned in my post. So it's not a separate point at all. One could argue that Durant was a choker before joining Golden State so the winning mentality isnt all down to him either.

Draymond is hated primarily because he's a winner, and losers cant deal with that. There have been worse "bad boys" that have come before him.

Draymond is the Sergio Ramos of the NBA and i love him for it. If the series goes to game 7 i hope he kicks harden in the nuts
