NBA 2015-2016

This one is a bit out of nowhere. This suggests either that Chandler decided not to wait for the Mavs or received indication from them that they will sign DeAndre Jordan.

This is true transfer muppetry. Long live free agency. I love it.

It's a 4 year deal. Lol.

I am just going to continue posting tweets of completed deals. Here are some more:

Kyle Singler was actually quite a big player coming out of high school (ranked as a top 5 prospect then) and was decent in college. Good to see that he has found a niche in OKC.

They'll have to offload a few more. They have no cap space atm.

My guess is that if they receive positive indication from Aldridge then they will look to trade Bledsoe for picks (he's a valuable asset) which will clear around $13 million in cap space and will maybe trade one other player. The Bledsoe move can happen now that Knight is signed.

Interesting point to add, per Marc Stein:

My guess though is that Aldridge signs with the Spurs. The Suns won't be a contender even if he signs with them.

Theyre getting linked with Rondo And Ellis and Matthews. Those guys fit around Cousins well imo, so perhaps they are looking to build around Cousins and sack Karl.

We (Knicks) have picked up Afflalo on a 2 year deal around 8million a year. Happy with that

Gah, I was hoping Aldridge was going to Toronto.

Ahh well he did at least have a meeting with us though:

Actually there is some talk now about trading Whiteside and Deng for him. Wtf

Not a good move! Hopefully it's bs.

Even though my team is utterly hopeless, this is actually amazing. NBA free agency is wild.

This second meeting for the Lakers is a waste of time in my opinion. Spurs, Suns and Houston are all more desirable.

All jokes aside.. Is Dame actually worth the max?

I think Woj explained it.. Sacto knows they have to overpay to bring guys into this mess, and in order to clear cap space the only thing they had to add was Stauskas... I woulda tried dumping McLemore though, haven't really been impressed by him.

Agreed on McLemore.

Reports that Wade agreed a 1-year deal for $20m with Heat.

EDIT: Confirmed.

Mavs are making decent moves in the FA. Wes Matthews and now DeAndre. They need a good PG to get the best out of DJ though.

Yeah, seems like he doesn't realize the good thing he had going in LA. CP3 made him look a lot better than he is.

He has no jumpshot what exactly is he going to bring to an offense other than alley-oops and putbacks? Now he doesn't even have CP3 there.

I think if DeAndre leaves, it'll make the Clippers better. Have BG play C in small ball lineups, and have some more cap flexibility to add guys onto the roster, as their lack of depth killed them last year. Imagine small ball line ups with CP, Lance, BG, JJ, and Jamal/free agent to be named (Tobias Harris?). That lineup would be so difficult to defend against.

Also no more hacking, they might have lost some defense but maybe Rivers can pick up someone like Biyombo or Hibbert something IDK. Jordan is overrated IMO.

No way. The Clippers are totally fecked. They are over the cap even without Jordan. They can't spend his max money on someone else.

Isn't that similar to how the Lakers were screwed when Howard left?

Are the Mavs still interested in Aldridge? What do they do with Dirk, LMA and Parsons?

No post moves as well. Defensively, he could add goaltending.

I think it's between Spurs and Suns for Aldridge.
