NBA 2015-2016

I meant since he got awesome lol. I didn't rate him until their championship season right.

First game certainly didn't disappoint, big statline for Davis and it went to OT while I thought the Heat would easily win that one.. Can't watch OKC-Bulls now because of family stuff but I'll definitely tune in for the Warriors-Cavs game later on tonight

Oh, Bryant leading the All-Star votes with all other players more than 200K votes behind  Shame he won't tie Kareem's record of 19 appearances.

There is no easy game for Miami. With the Heat you have absolutely no idea what would happen. They could beat the best teams and still collapse against the weakest ones. At home!

Almost bottled this one as well.

Terrific game right now, very high paced. Cavs hanging in there but can't see them winning tbf.

Classic LBJ, 1/4 from the FT line and an airball in the last minute.. Some things never change.

Woke up at 6:30AM to watch OKC and Bulls only to discover the power was out due to some bad weather. Ended up missing the game but considering the score can't say I am too disappointed.

Damn, Rockets almost fooled me into thinking their season could turn around with their win against Spurs. Two losses later and they're back under .500, should have known.

Rockets are always like that. Convincing win against good team, then drops the next few games to other teams. Underperforming really.

Was at the game, was seriously heart broken the last minute, I blame it on the coaches and on Corey Brewer.

Durant out injured. Preparing for Westbrook to play 1v5 and Thunder to drop some games :(

Definitely looking to get a prop on Dray getting another triple-double tonight. Monster form.

Warriors look a bit off recently. Only a little bit, but enough for the Spurs to suddenly look like the best team in the league.

Ben Wallace's jersey retirement was last night. One of the greatest defensive players of all time. He won 4 defensive player of the year awards in a 5 year span. He was only 6'9 but could stay with Kobe at the three point line on one possession and guard Shaq in the post on the next one.

Not all that suddenly. They've had a significantly better point differential for some time now.

True. I just didn't look that closely it seems. Although the Warriors had some injuries so I thought that might be a contributing factor. They're all back now though.

Wouldn't surprise me if Cleveland beat them next.

That team with Wallace, Sheed, Rip, Billups and Tayshaun remains one of my favorite NBA teams of all time.

Why did he shave the fro off? :(

Here's Draymond Green with an afro, modeled after Big Ben.

Curry on match coming up against the Cavs: 'Hopefully the lockeroom still smells of champaigne.'

Shots fired.

Warriors ripping the Cavs. Don't care for the Warriors but don't really like Bron, so enjoying it.

@Skizzo where in California are you?

@Skizzo i was right there in San Jose/Sunnyvale and SF a while back on vacation. Did the west coast road trip. I'm angling for a move to Cal

 yeah maybe the Warriors are back to the elite level now. Really thought it would be closer than that.

Should the Warriors go for the record or not even try it? I think it'd be an amazing achievement but it would look kind of silly if they're burnt out come April and don't repeat. The Spurs currently have 11 players averaging 12min/game which is insane, if they stay as healthy and rested as they are right now, they'll be hard to stop in the Playoffs imo.

They finish their road trip in Chicago tonight and I think they've got a relatively easy schedule for the next few weeks with a lot of home games so if they win tonight, I can see them going on a streak again. 72-10 will be incredibly hard though, I don't think they'll make it.

Pop is managing the workload of the Spurs players perfectly so far, they will be fine-tuned and peaking for finals. Such a selfless team.

Any Aussies here - they remind me of how Clarkson managed the Hawks' aging stars. Get them peaking when it counts after a slow start.

People need to remember as far as fatigue is concerned...like the Spurs the Dubs have a deep bench too and a lot of rotation goes on. Secondly, due to the number of blowouts, their starting 5 end up getting a fair bit of rest

Lastly, as opposed to the Spurs, the Dubs are a much younger team...so, the need to rest players isn't AS pressing.
