NBA 2014-2015

Why do people still beep "profanities" out? We're adults ffs, I couldn't hear anything in that video

Also the worst part of the Kobe "rant" is that it was some calculated BS. He did this when the practice was open to the media. They usually do not let media in until after practice He was putting on a show for the media.

With the Suns loss it means OKC are only a game out of 8th spot and they play the Suns soon. Unless something goes horribly wrong I'd say playoffs will definitely happen. Will be tough to win it from 8th seed though (most likely).

Nick Young is a knucklehead of the highest order. He and Kobe deserve each other.

Swaggy P is cool. He might act like an idiot sometimes, but his contribution to the team is big from the bench and his attitude is great. My earlier comment was aimed at the uproar responses to Kobe.

Watched him for five seasons in DC. Wasn't impressed. He's off to a good start with the Lakers. He's perfect for a bad team-will be exciting to watch while the team loses.

Start? He was their leading scorer last season. He's been a very very good 6th man for a bad team. Most impressively, he's trying on defense, something he never really did before.

More than his on-court showing, his personality carried the Lakers last season. Yes I know it carried them to their worst season in 50-odd years, but thats the Lakers for ya, even when they're bad you want to watch them.

Glad you're a fan of Young. I don't miss him.

I don't think there are many Lakers fan who dislike him which surely is an indication of two things; his progress since he's been a Laker and the current expectations the Lakers fans have.

I wouldn't miss him either if I had John Wall to watch night in night out. Hell of a player.

Could be Young is maturing-and that's nice to hear. While here in DC he was playing with Andrey Blatche, Arenas anD Javele Magee-which was like watching Kukla, Fran and Ollie play.

I went to the recent Lakers game here-Young played well but did not get a warm reception. He was not well thought of-in contrast to when Caron Butler comes back to DC. He was liked with the Wiz and always gets a nice round of applause.

They made a bit too much of it, I think they just should've played on and celebrated him after the game. But nevertheless, great achievement. Third is the highest he's going to get, mind.

Is Steph Curry the early favourite for the MVP? Another high scoring game.

Hard to get used to a routine Wiz win at home. Nice to see the team come back and take charge of a game that they should win. Now 0.5 game behind Toronto for the top seed in the East. The second unit will be even better when Martell Webster's back.

Him, the Glorious Beard (though shooting % may be against him?) and Awesomebrook are all up there.

I wouldn't throw Russ in there, he's only been back for about 10 games or something hasn't he. And I would have Davis over Harden, not by much though.

I reluctantly agree. Though he is playing really really well at the moment. If he hadn't missed so many he would be right in the conversation.

Good thing they have that black player, Marcin Gortat.

Rose with a bit of rough shooting night. I'm wondering if he should miss more games instead of always playing, but then again playing more probably helps him in the long run.

Raptors baby! This is surreal. Pinch me. Still rolling without Derozan.

Rondo to Dallas is getting closer and closer. They even followed him on twitter. Will be a great addition to the Mavs.
