Not in them two. You'd be doing well to get fees for them.

Yes that's right, we'd be 'doing well' to get a fee for Gibson. I mean, we might as well just give him away for free as he's clearly not worth a fee :wenger:

Nasri wants to quit #AFC according to @johncrossmirror , who has some pretty good 'ins' at Arsenal.
Why listen to a monkey when you can hear the organ-grinder: While Man Utd may want him, can't see Arsenal selling Nasri to OT in a million years. Esp not with Cesc going

Under any other circumstances i would agree with you completely, but with his contract situation and the whole bosman business surely it makes financial sense to cash in on him if he doesn't want to stay at Arsenal.

I can understand the not wanting to sell to a rival bit and i'm sure if Milan came in with a decent bid he'd be on the first plane, but what if City and United are the only takers?

I would genuinely worry about Pete's mental well-being if Arsenal were to lose Fabregas and Nasri in the same window...never mind if it was Nasri to us.

I will blow a gasket if Nazza goes to you.

Fwiw (which really isn't much in fairness) I think it's all just a way of him getting the bumper contract he wants. I'm sure he'll sign it eventually, ala Rooney. Sort of.

Same situation, different club. Other Arsenal players in the past have tried to force the club's hand in the wages department and have ended up jumping ship when the club refuses. Arsenal's wage structure is to offer young lads comparatively high wages to attract them there, but they have a very tight wage structure for first teamers whereby you won't find any mammoth wages or long contracts for older players.

Arsenal's whole wage structure will have to be overhauled for Nasri to stay at the club.

It must be very depressing to be an Arsenal fan these days. They have a great manager, great stadium that sells out yet they can't win a trophies or hang on to their players.

I really feel for the loyal gooner fans who deserve better......having said that the thought of Peter blowing a gasket is an attractive mitigating factor so I sincerely hope we buy Nasri.

I can't see Wenger taking O'Shea. He likes players who can pass the ball.

We're all sitting here wondering where he's going to end up but I'm pretty sure he already knows. Might stay at Arsenal or he might move, but it doesn't matter which clubs come in for him or which don't his future will already have been decided.

He's at a pretty good club now and you don't make the moves he's been making unless you know for certain that if you leave the club you're already at you'll end up at a better club than the one you're leaving.

We should move in quickly for him before it escalates into a bidding war..

We're perfectly capable of grinding our own organs 'round here, mate. You should know that by now.

Well there's been a fair bit of organ-grinding over Jones, Young and De Ge. Careful you don't wear it away.
