Mykhaylo Mudryk | Reported - Failed doping test

He has average technique. And if you are a winger with big speed but average first touch and skills you are a Walcott, Lennon ecc.
In PL the physique is not enough. The same problem that will have Osimhen if he moves in Premier.

Didnt watch the game, but based on comments in here, it didn't seem like a good performance. What's a summarised opinion of him from yesterday?

Why do people hate him in here again?

What's the origin story.
Well shitting on your rivals players is part of the fun of being a football fan, at a bare minimum.

But for me personally, I didn't like how Mudryk spent 6 months professing his love for Arsenal only to sign for the bigger paycheck, and then immediately start shit talking arsenal on social media. Add to that, I don't like Chelsea's approach of allowing properly run clubs to scout players only for them to show up at the last minute and outbid the clubs that actually did the scouting to buy a player they know shit about, so I am all for watching that tactic blow up in their face.

I don't blame him at all . Chelsea is paying him his salary every week. It is just a job.

Wolves had no trouble dispossessing him yesterday when he tried to break out. Still early days, but he's extremely one dimensional, predictable and it's difficult to see him making it in the PL. Hopefully a proper pre-season will do him good.

Matches Played for Chelsea: 10
Won:1

Bale had a 24 game winless run at Spurs at the start. So not bad.

Not looking good at all, cant even play as a sub. For a 100M player that's really concerning.

I wonder; did Boehly bought all those players on his own (by playing FM or something :wenger: ) or he was told by DoF and scouts to buy all those players

His scatter gun approach was obvious. Potter didn't stand a chance. I think he thought he'd be able to just buy loads and they'd all click.

He's quickly learned it doesnt work like that.

Hopefully the fee does turn into 100m as that will mean we've won the PL and UCL and him the balon dor.

That silly fake quote about Shakhtar's sporting director having better players in the youth team and opening a bottle of wine is about to start doing the rounds again.

So far it doesn't look good for his development at all. He won't get much game time under Lampard either. It is worrying.

Out of all the big 60M+ signings is Antony ironically the most successful? It's funny considering the hate he gets.

I don't watch a lot of Liverpool but Nunez stats are good, don't know about his general play. He supposedly has around 14 goals so far.

As the owner of the Los Angeles Dodgers, he has likely learned that football is not baseball. You can't splash out on a ton of talented free agents and be sure you will win. That works in baseball, where most games are won based on individual play, like a dominant pitcher or a crazy talented home run hitter.

Mudryk doesn’t really belong in that comparison anyway as he’s started about 5 games so far.

He was actually one of the better players today. It was really just him and Gallagher that can walk away from this game with their heads held high. Utter shambles from everyone else.

no-one from Chelsea can walk away from that with their head held high. One of the more one sided games of the season.

I disagre tbh.

outplayed and dominated by a team who’s ex manager you took, struggled with and then sacked. Brighton as a football club are worth less than what you paid in transfer fees this season. It’s embarassing, and a deflected effort from Gallagher and a few head down and run fast runs from mudryk seem to be enough to hold their heads high? There was one pass from mudryk in the second half that he absolutely rattled at his own players head, eventually leading to a goal kick for Brighton. Maybe because the media don’t make as big a deal out of it, you don’t seem to notice it as much, but noone on that pitch in blue today gets any type of acceptable grade.

No need to write an essay telling me what I already know. I watched the game, sadly and I’ve been trying to forget it ever since it ended. Mudryk and Gallagher showed me effort, didn’t look disinterested, and were the only ones who looked like they were trying to create something. It’s a very low bar but it’s enough for me to say they can walk away with their heads held high.

they did put in more effort than any of the other players, that’s fair. Mudryk should start v real.

Realistically, if Gallagher is your best and most interested player, you are not going to win many games. He's a hard worker with a good engine, but isn't a centerpiece or even a starter on any top team.

I don’t disagree with that.
