Moyes So Far!

Guys, it's painful now but a few more loses, a few more years of shite and we'll get used to it.

He's going to get the chance to rebuild in the summer.

Deal with it.
Even if he signs Ronaldo, Messi, Pele and Djemba Djemba we won't do that great.

Just replacing a player with someone a bit better isn't and has never been the solution. We may be a bit better, but that's it.

Wouldn't be so sure of that...

No way the owners thought Moyes would be this bad. There has to be serious doubts over his future come the end of the season.

Enough, he had the whole window to put together a respectable midfield and did nothing to address our real problems. Nocerino is sitting on West Ham's bench and he'd fecking walk into the side. Sack him and hire someone competent like Pochettino.

Will he feck. We're never getting rid of him. He's more likely to do 26 years than 1.
The Glazers aren't going to put the United gravy train in further trouble.

Action will be taken in the summer. Haven't a clue who'll replace him but no way will Moyes be allowed to continue as manager, in my opinion.

All this nonsense about Stoke away always being a difficult fixture. It really shouldn't be considering that they were in the relegation zone, and we have European aspirations.

Been given the keys to a Ferrari but moyes has no idea how to actually drive a car.... Way out of his depth, job and pressure way too much for him, as is his tactics which are non existent

I don't think you can call this squad a Ferrari.

He's struggling big time but this team is full of shit players. Playing with Evra is like playing with 9 men because he is worse than having one less player!

We'll have a new manager next season. I hope. He isn't the man to lead us into the new era.

Moyes will still be here next season. We all no how stubborn Ferguson can be
Roy Keane said fergie's greatest quality was his ruthlessness. Lets hope its true - C'mon Fergie, be ruthless once more and make a brave decision.

We all know how stubborn Ferguson is. He won't want to admit that his personal choice was the wrong one. I wouldn't hold your breath on Fergie being ruthless with this decision.

When it rains, it absolutely pours doesn't it ? Legendary Stoke climate+Defeat+injuries+Having to watch Challee Adam gloating..

If he were to be sacked now it would still mean we have a completely inexperienced coaching staff that's been part of this negative-atmosphere and may contribute to it with their inexperience. I don't see how he could be sacked now - who'd replace him?

If the board aren't incompetent they'll be thinking of options in the summer with a view to an immediate appointment as soon as the season finishes. But they may well be incompetent.

Forget about Kroos or Reus or whoever, use that 30m or so to tempt Sir Alex back for 4 months, he is the only one capable to digging us out of this hole. :(

Stoke away is a difficult fixture at the best of times. With 2 centre-half's injured, blustering conditions, 2 unstoppable goals and opposition keeper in fine form, it would have always going to end badly. Moyes is not to blame today.
They lost the last 3 games in a row. They're a shite team, just like spurs was, just like every other fecking team we've lost to this month apart from Chelsea. His shocking substitutions have cost us time and time again, no more then welbeck coming on, which everyone could see made no sense at all. It's amateur mistakes from him and he's digging his own grave.

Knowing Arse midfield, they just got Kallstrom on loan till the end of the season ;)

Today I felt for Moyes.

I think he opted for the correct team, we played decent stuff under conditions that basically made it almost impossible to play football and reduced the match to a long ball contest for large parts, but we got undone by a combination of injuries, bad luck, a horrific refereeing performance and some poor composure in front of goal from our players.

Didn't do an awful lot wrong today I felt, so in isolation the game wasn't bad.

But in the context of this season it's yet another poor result for a man who really could do with some wins.
I don't get this. Considering the conditions and opposition, I see even less reason to be hoofing the ball into the air (unless Fellaini is the target man.)

When was the last time we had a pretty woeful season with injuries? When was the last time Carrick was playing CB and not for one game? What was our position in the league then?

Yeah, this massive injury list thing isn't anything new, we've had it for years. Carrick and/or Evra spent about a month playing centre half in 09/10 we weren't this bad.

Begovic had one save to make so don't kid yourself on. Talk about the 2 wonderstrikes all you want but they were more dangerous in the last third. Yet again we had no ability to do anything other than lump the ball into the box from wide positions. Moyes is very much to blame.

A shocking substitution to bring Welbeck on and take Rooney out of the better scoring areas. Hecould have just brought on Fletcher (as the commentator even brought up at the time) or even if he decided to move Rooney back into CM, Valencia or Januzaj would have been a better attacking option. I'm tired of Young, Welbeck and Cleverley's poor mental reactions: to certain extent even Chris Smalling who is just a squad quality player. Kudos to Michael Carrick who looked better then the regular CBs.

Maybe he will resign?

I think we'd have to lose a few in a row for him to consider that. There's always something that makes us think that maybe... maybe we'll turn it around, if not this season then next. We beat Arsenal. We had a several game win streak. We signed Mata. But for all of that, there's doubly something that makes me think he's never going to be right for the club.

I wouldn't be so sure of it. Does the club really care about the "Man Utd way"? I thought the Man Utd way was to play great attacking football, scoring loads of goals. Do the Glazers give a feck about the Man Utd way? I doubt it. We play absolutely shit football, and I can count the amount of times we played well this season on one hand.

We're not Chelsea, as much as plenty on here wish we were.

Stoke hadn't beaten us in what, 30 years at their gaff? More records falling.

He's said, "We played well today." and that we should've won the game out of sight. I know a manager shouldn't slate his players on camera, but I'd like to see some more honesty from him. Deflecting the issues is only going to frustrate more fans.

Can I ask the pro Moyes men what they see in him? And how do you see him coming good? He's digressed us so much in just over half a season. He's shown no sign of progress.

Im not pro or anti Moyes but he has been dreadfuly unlucky. I dont think theres been a point this season where our major players have been fit for a sustained period, where he's been able to play a consistent 11, with all the forced changes the football will suffer

Dear god no, please.

Reckons we played well today and blamed the defeat on a wicked deflection.
