Not enough for a club like United, not even close no.What?
27.5 million on one player is not spending money now?

Is that quote really true. I mean, seriously, is it?

We spent 27 million on Marouine Fellaini this summer.
We bought rvp and Kagawa last season.
We once bought Hargreaves, Anderson Nani and tevez (loan) in the same summer.
This excuse fails.

'We played quite well at times, we got near the edge of the box quite regularly but didn't make the opportunity to score a goal or when we did get an opportunity take it. That was the disappointing thing, as we went behind and came back.

correct. I just don't think Glazer spend enough money and invest in the team, that's why we are in this situation now.I said the same to him in another thread a while back, he didn't seem to be convinced.
You think it's enough or what are you trying to say? We have a squad that badly needs new players. How much is enough then?

The question was would he be in the same position I.e. 8th. Not struggling.
I can't seriously believe anyone would think we would be
Serious question: could Moyes actually have done any worse in terms of transfers, results, playing style and entertainment?

Ok we have been dreadful this season but we are only 5 points behind the all conquering Liverpool.
Did Moyes mention transfers in the post match interview?
If SAF was missing RvP and Rooney, wouldn't he be in the same place that Moyes is in now?
As I pointed out a few days ago - Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs and City all spent more than us in this last transfer window.
He wasn't asked.
Maybe Moyes isn't a bully like SAF, and he is, he got a lot of decisions off referees that Moyes will never get. He intimidated them and other managers. That was always going to be a problem when he left. Only Jose would maybe be able to do that and the board especially Sir Bobby didn't want him.
David Moyes is currently underachieving with a squad that is probably 4-5th best in the premier league, however it's halfway through the season. The FA Cup we haven't won for 10 years. We are in the semi final of the Lague Cup, and are in the second phase of the Champions League.

Fergie rebuilt 3 or 4 teams. Moyes has walked in to the job just when the team needs some rebuilding. He has walked in to a few hospital passes and has made some mistakes. I think things will get worse before they get better. I believe Rooney will bail at the end of the season, he hasnt looked like he is enjoying his football even though he has been playing well. I think he wants a new challenge. RVP I suspect will want to move on at the end of the season as well, if we dont make the Champions league I bet he will be off. Rio will retire, Vidic is coming towards the tail end as are Evra and Carrick. We have only a couple of decent wide players and we are weak in depth in the fullbacks. Then there is the midfield problem.
Its going to be a tough couple of years.
Yes, we won. Mainly thanks to RVP and others dropping points. I simply trying to say that I could see the cracks start to appear and hoped they would be fixed, but they have not. That could be down to injuries or some of the players not being good enough.
We will see, hope that you are correct.Granted, but he was saying the owners hired Moyes because he can operate on a budget, and I don't believe that to be true. I feel the money is there for Moyes if he wants it.
He was in after match press conf.
Says would like to bring people in but nobody available

I am at my wits end with this.
- Instead of an imposing figure on the touch line like Sir Alex he always looks as if he is begging the team to play for him. On top of that I fear he may cry at any moment.

- Fires a winning coaching staff to bring in scrubs who know nothing of how to win or the squad they will be working with
- Fails miserably in the transfer market; SAF must have had targets lined up and/or suggestions. If not maybe the coaching staff...oh wait he fired them
- After failing miserably, his solution is a mediocre player who we over pay for in Fellaini...who then gets seriously injured and costs us a fortune in medical bills while simultaneously doing nothing to suggest he deserves to even wear the shirt
- By all accounts the training regime is beyond stupid and the reason we are seeing so many injuries. I just heard Rooney may need groin surgery ffs.

- He is in way over his head. I want United to succeed, Moyes or no Moyes and at the moment I'm thinking no Moyes
Which other top club boss is a bully? Seeing as this seems to be an important criteria for success.

Any criticism of Moyes after SIX months is a complete lack of respect to Sir Alex.
