Moyes So Far!

I remember Newcastle spanking United back in the late 90s, something like 5-0 or 5-1 if memory serves. But that was just an off day, things like that happen, and that Newcastle side had flair in the attack.

Today is simply the norm of late. Moyes doesn't seem to know what it takes, how to alter/employ tactics, and certainly doesn't galvanize his squad. He looks mindless and soulless on the sidelines as well. The players deserve a large share of the blame too. This midfield is utter shit.

I'm not for his sacking but I'm starting to lose any belief in a top four finish for the first time this season. It's fecking Newcastle at Old Trafford and they're on a clean sheet at the moment. Newcastle.

Even after the Everton game I wasn't too worried. But now, I am a bit more

I have completely lost the ability to have faith in him anymore.

It said everything today when Newcastle were the team who decided to make an attacking substitution after 60 minutes, at Old Trafford.

From champions to this. Unacceptable. This is what happens when a winning formula has been totally changed. Manager changed, CEO changed, assistant manager + coaches all changed. Nightmare.

Everyone expected a period of transition but this is awful.

Why does he bring on two players that have barely played all season? Smacks of desperation to me expecting them to salvage a game when he hasn't given them a chance all season long.

Under Fergie we could play shit and still get a result. With Moyes, there's no belief at all. Very dour performances all season long, players look lost.

We are a bit shit..
I'd back Moyes and let him clear the squad out and start afresh (as much as possible).

The squad is bloated and is carrying some players who are past their best.

Not really, I suppose all I can do is hope because without SAF this squad is woefully inadequate.

I fear even if someone was available at a reasonable price, Moyes and the curent United wouldn't offer the attraction needed to acquire him.

1) It's not looking like we're playing CL next year.

2) World Cup is approaching, they'de be stupid to switch clubs.

He is a good man though and I respect him a lot.

Really feel sorry for him, but this season has been a total disaster. The team looks bereft of any confidence or desire.

And it has to fall on the manager sadly. I have no idea what the aftermath of this will be, but it can't be good.

I always feared life after Fergie. I didn't think we would sink this low though. And I don't know if or how he can turn this around.

I had doubts over his appointment when it happened, and I have serious doubts now.

Not only does he look unable to coach the team into playing a quality system, he also seems unable to lift them or get them organized. All that, with a fine squad.

There is no way anyone can justify Zaha on for Nani. Awful, awful decision.

We made it hard for them, but tough luck, they still managed to win.

With hard work, we'll make it hard for Villa on next game, and who knows, with a bit of luck maybe we'll manage to get a point.

I really think we are getting close to the end. It's diabolical. Fergie needs to come back. He has to return.

I'm starting to think he's lost the dressing room, players just aren't trying. Simple things like showing for the ball aren't happening.

I'm not sure he's ever had it really. Players like Evra can't have been happy with the pursuit of Baines and Coentrao and Van Persie has had his head down all season (I know there have been injuries, but he looks unhappy). Rooney I think has benefited from the change and looks much happier, but there's no team spirit here by the looks of things.

I think it would be pretty close if it was my decision now. I'd be very tempted to get rid.

I don't feel much for Moyes. Even if we eventually sacked him, he's done enough at Everton to get a good job and a comfortable life (obviously). What I worry for is Manchester United. We've gone from being comfortably the best to downright awful (relatively) and it's something this club, it's fans, it's players have not seen for a long time. Even the heart of the team seems weak. A team of champions that always fought hard and reacted to pressure looks at times lost and timid.

He seems spineless, and we don't need that here. Seems the pressure that comes with taking this position has overwhelmed him, and I have no belief we can go into any game and win it comfortably now. Last time we lost two games at home or failed to score consecutively?

The players don't have an ounce of faith, with good reason. Get rid of him now.

The Chosen One .

Way too early.
What's the worse that could happen? We'd finish outside the top 4? I don't think we will..

He needs a midfielder.. and a left back.

He's not the man for the job I said this before his appointment and now im more sure than ever. He's not a winner and that mentality is taking over the club.

To be fair, players let him down today. Majority here were happy with our lineup. I think Ando should have come on 10 minutes earlier, other than that either the players have no belief in themselves or in Moyes.

The problem is the players clearly doesn't have any faith in him.

I think we look absolutely clueless on the pitch. We doesn't create anything.
