Knowing that Arsenal are out of the running makes me feel very confident about this deal. Some cry babies think it's football manager and won't understand that United are trying to get the fairest deal possible. Schneiderlin won't have any problem adapting here (in the PL for several years and played under a coach whose philosophy is similar to Van Gaal) so chill out people.

Feyenoord are currently on preseason tour with Clasie and El-Ahmadi who both want to leave the club, they also have already signed Vejinovic from Vitesse from can play in his position. Coquelin had a great season for them and I think they will stick with him, otherwise they would have been all over Schneiderlin.
With Coquelin improving so much and Arteta signing an extension I don't think they are willing to spend so much money on a midfielder who would only be a small upgrade on what they have.
If we can't even agree a fee for him, then Arsenal haven't got a chance tbf!
