Do you know if Carney has also been released because we already signed a GK in James Thompson?
Got the managers job at Palace.
Thompson has been around for a while...Carney was on bench for U/16's yesterday.
We've had quite a few players on trial the last few weeks. Will be interesting if we recruit some of these lesser known talents.
We've apparently signed our own Gundogan.
Could be an interesting midfield.
He looks fecking massive for a 14 year old.
Slovakia u17 winger Martin Murcko is on trial this week and will play for the u16s against Stoke on Saturday
A few bits of news...
United drew 2-2 with Liverpool at The Cliff last Friday in an U/17 friendly match.
Millen Baars played as well as triallist Alex Timossi-Andersson who scored one of our goals (see above).
His international clearance has still not come through.
In addition, Mason Greenwood who has recovered from injury was on the bench.

Yea looks like Johnstone. Martial beside Larnell. The one in front of Jesse standing up look familiar. Kind of like Tom Lawrence but he is the year younger than them all so not sure.

They look like U9's, it's a decent percentage of that group that are now professional footballers, just goes to show, the pathway is there if you're good enough.

Interestingly we can actually play both Gomes and O'Connor in this tournament as overage players according to the rule (of course we won't).
Will be interesting to see the squad since we have only 3 2001 born U16s left (Laird, Garner and GK Carney) so majority will be U15s. Might have some trialists involved (or some players that we already had agreement but act like trialists).
Aliou Traore. Did anyone get a chance to see him versus Burnley? Apparently City and Juventus are after him, too.
Will the tournament be officially streamed the like some of these are?
