Nice one vol, the spawn works great though it has created a problem whereby we (assuming non-admin) players cannot break or place blocks in many parts of town hall as it's close/underneath spawn point, mainly the signs next to the deposit box chests that need to be edited with players names is the problem so far.
Also not sure if it was intentional from you but we all have commands now including teleporting to spawn and our home.

P.s II I realised why the enchantment table at the blaze farm wasn't working properly, when I built it I didn't put bookshelves in 2 of the corners as I didn't think you had to, been fixed now though and the numbers are consistently higher.

I don't think that non-destructable radius around spawn can be modified or changed to be honest

My doorbell acts up, sometimes it rings properly with the delay, other times it just plays both sounds immediately.
What do you think about a small house then designated for spawn? It can be connected to Town Hall perhaps, just next to it, it just takes away all the functionality of the noticeboard & deposit boxes in the Town Hall!

Sounds good mate I think the spawn will have to be permanently elsewhere from the current one as the noticeboard underneath it needs to be always available for players, I thought what about a small house where the animal pit used to be, used solely for spawn purpose?

So, I'm getting on with my Survival game after restarting a bunch of times, trying to find my feet.
I'd found a good spot for my hovel....out in the open, on a relatively flat area with access to trees, animals, a small lake and a quarry type thing with plenty of coal exposed, all within a stone's throw. I'd made a bed, got iron tools and scouted a few good caves to start exploring. I was doing pretty well, I thought.
So I gear up and go into a cave. After around thirty minutes of laying down torches and finding bits of iron, I dig through a wall and I suddenly hit wood... I come out into the open and to my surprise I find I'm actually standing in an abandoned mine-shaft. Bingo! I didn't even know these existed!
So I set up camp with a furnace and crafting bench and off I go. Around an hour or two and seven or eight iron picks later, I've got roughly 30 diamonds, 40 gold ingots and god knows how much iron, red stone and some other blue stuff that I have no clue about. I can't carry any more. So, with a full inventory and a spring in my step, I decide to head back home to store my riches.
I'm around halfway back to the surface and I'm climbing up a rock face with a huge lava pool (lake) at the bottom. I just reach the top and as I peek over the final step....HISSSSSSS....uh oh....BOOOOOM! I survive the blast, just....but I fall in the lava. I lost everything.
Absolutely gutted...

2nd time enchanting, bane of arthropods V and knockback II on my sword.
Who has fecking griefed my house. Nicked 2 beds from the upstairs rooms, a CD player from downstairs, filled the kitchen with cobble, and taken some stone from my roof so the rooftop pool is now a fountain pouring down the front of my house, some stone from my actual fountain as well as nicking some melon seeds and all the blaze rods from my kitchen, and nicked my gate.
They've also destroyed the sand bridge that goes from my house to Fusion/Vimmers.

No idea, I logged on to see it at 11.30, logged on at the blaze only one on the server, spent about 20 minutes there levelling up then went back to spawn to see it.
ffs spawn town has been destroyed, I think GC was on pretty late last night, about 1-2am, it must have happened this morning since GC logged out, bet I know who it was too

Wasn't me. I've not joined the server as of yet but I will be doing once I have a new keyboard. I'm using the on-screen keyboard to type this...
