Not really, if you put Lacablud, Saka, Pepe and Auba in any other teams above Arsenal, they won't be lingering at 15th.
I have no idea why he thinks crosses are going to be successful for them when they do not have a proper target man! If you have someone like Zlatan or Lukaku- sure. Or even if you have someone who has elite movement and can lose his marker, sure it would work. But Laca offers none of that.
They messed up prioritizing Partey over Aouar especially when they didn't plan on registering Ozil, and what that has led to is this season.

More a mobile front 4 player from what I've seen. Been a big miss over last few months injured as he was progressing well last year.

Partey pulled up injured with a hamstring injury and walked over to the touchline asking to be subbed. Arteta pushed him back onto the field to to run and stop a Spurs counter attack.
Well Partey thought it was a good idea to leave the only stable team amongst the top 3 in Spain and the one currently leading La Liga to join the 8th placed team in England.

Sacking him will not solve much. I said it at wenger's time, they are a poorly run club who have wasted a lot of money on signing wrong players. Wenger leaving was never going to solve anything and that's what happened. Their squad apart from some is poor and they need to invest smartly.
Arteta has to utilize Aubameyang properly though. You cannot have your star player look so isolated.
