Did anyone hear the shite they were spouting on talk sport earlier?

Basically they were saying that Mourinho isn't interested in youth and that (in this twats opinion) United have sadly gone for the quality and age of Lindeloff over the youth of Keane.

Keane is 2 fecking years older than lindeloff!

You couldn't make it up.

On Keane, he should have trusted his ability and come to United. I'm not sure he will become the best centre half in England let alone in Europe whilst at Everton, lack of European football will be a hindrance to that.

They definitely didn't just mean "youth" as in a youth protegy of United did they?

Their point would still be ridiculously stupid but it might make them a bit less stupid..

No, the guy was definitely having a dig at Mourinho for choosing Lindeloff over Keane mate.
He said that Mourinho has never trusted in young players and that the Lindeloff signing has further reinforced this considering the youngster Keane was available at the same time.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Don't these idiots do any research before making such stupid statements?

At 24 I wouldn't even call Keane a youngster for christs sake.

they have become a bunch of WUMs in the last couple of years, and clearly not even bothering to research stuff anymore.

I vividly remember hearing them in the Summer of 98: "United should be going for the likes of Batistuta, they will never win anything in Europe with Yorke, Cole and (scornful) Ole Gunnar Solskjaer"

The owner must be a scouser!

Almost guaranteed games in a world cup year at Everton though.

Can we get a thread title change please mods? quite confusing.

Don't we have a sell on fee? how much of the 30million is coming our way? Happy for Keane as well, always came across as a good kid and bled United through and through.

Shutters. Signed to Everton.
