No, the guy was definitely having a dig at Mourinho for choosing Lindeloff over Keane mate.
He said that Mourinho has never trusted in young players and that the Lindeloff signing has further reinforced this considering the youngster Keane was available at the same time.

Yeah he'll get into the England squad for sure now. But to be fair both Smalling and Jones have been in recent England squads whenever fit.
