I have recieved a call from a friend who told me he spotted Özil near the Mexico City's airport, wearing a big sombrero and having some quesadillas on the street for breakfast. Apparently he does not want to go to Guadalajara to clinch a deal in the next 72 hours without a quesadilla-full stomach and some mexican souvenirs. The sombrero is like George Best's.

We aren't so broke that we couldn't find £12m or £15m to spend on Ozil. I think Ferguson may not be interested in him because he doesn't want to sacrifice Nani or Valencia and he reckons our squad is fine at the moment.

Not happening. Madrid have Kaka, VDV, Ronaldo and 8 billion more attackers.

Barca want Fabregas. If they got Ozil this summer, they probably wouldnt get Fabregas next summer and they seem determined to get him.
