Agreed, the mail have perpetuated the falsehood since LvG became manager that the 3-5-2 is his favoured formation because he used it in the World Cup, just un-researched shoddy journalism as usual. We will play 4-3-3, we don't have the wingbacks to make the other system work anyway.
