No, nothing yet. Only speculation, which I always disregard. Thijs Sleeggers is a 100% reliable journalist who's always first with news about PSV. He's had no news about Memphis since last summer. He's definately leaving though, as posted above, and if we're interested we got the best chance with LvG as coach and Blind/RvP in the team.
EDIT: He's not leaving for a midtable team either, he's confirmed this. He only wants to go to a top team, I'm not sure (with all respect) if he sees Tottenham as one. This will probably depend on where Tottenham finish this season.
Hope we're interested and if we are I think he'll end up here. Haven't seen him since the WC but from reading this thread he's been quite impressive so hope we buy him.
The only true link we have is LVG and him apparently had a good relationship, he suits his preferred 4-3-3, and is reportedly been told by LVG stay at PSV 1 more year at the beginning of this season. He is also the type of player the club likes to sign.
He sounds like the perfect fit for us, but I suppose it depends if LVG is happy with his wide options and if he want's to use wingers in the future.

After @NL Max posts and watching some videos (I know I know) I've decided Memphis is my muppet signing for the summer. He's everything we need.

He looks like a very good player and I would be incredibly happy if we were to sign him, but it doesn't really feel like a muppet type signing for me. It feels a bit like a formality if anything.

First off, I haven't said that "United are no more attractive than Spurs" ... this is yet more tedious invention from you. Second, the bet that I proposed was crystal clear about it concerning which manager would get sacked first - and it was a United supporter who backed down from accepting it .... so yet again more fiction from you.
It really shows the utter weakness of someone's "argument" when they feel the need to fabricate, lie and invent ... and you really are a tosser for doing it.
It's often impossible to know which managers have been sacked when press releases are written in such corporate double-speak. Add that to the fact that you're one of the more pedantic members of the forum, and I wouldn't taken that bet either.

I maybe in a minority here, but I don't think he is a special talent. He has failed to impress me in the limited times I have seen him (only at the WC, some youtube compilations and a couple of Europa games). It is a very small sample and I wouldn't pass any final judgement on him, though I expect a player at 21 to have more of an all around game at his age. To me he didn't look like a particularly intelligent player. More of a speedster, with the ability to score a goal or two, which I am not sure would reciprocate in a top league.

Agreed. I too, can only go on performances from the World Cup and while he was good, I didn't see anything that would get me too excited. But yes, I'm not going to judge him on that and by the amount of hype around him, I assume he has something about him.
You never know how a signing will go, some top players fail, some 'lesser' players flourish.
I think this is a fair summation in regards to where he's at, he doesn't look the same level of talent as Hazard, Gotze or Neymar when they broke through, or more recently Sterling. However I think he's the best option we can get this summer for a wide attacker and he has the potential and seemingly the drive to progress as a player.
Depay has improved a lot this season, maybe the experience of the world cup helped him. I don't think anybody here is saying he is the finished article - he is clearly far from that, but that "rough diamond" that we as a club like to hone is there for all to see.
He has the basic fundamentals to become a top talent and with the right guidance could become world class. Or of course he could become Obertan.
Certainly wouldn't judge him on a world cup, it's a very unrepresentative sample. Some of the very best players in the world have gone multiple world cups without looking anything special.
