So hyped for this. Just wish it was 2011.
From 1 min onwards is when it gets interesting.

His distaste comes from Mayweather dissing Ali. Tyson has always, always, held Ali up as the pinnacle in boxing.Tyson has long had a distaste for Mayweather.
His distaste comes from Mayweather being dissing Ali. Tyson has always, always, held Ali up as the pinnacle in boxing.
Or - if he wants to go on about greatness, or being great, it'd sound better coming from others! The intensity from Tyson is great. He hasn't lost it.
Floyd isn't as great as he would like the boxing world to think he is. If he wants to go on about greatness, this bout being much sooner would have helped.
Tyson was given a great boxing education by D'Amato which included learning about the history of the sport and all the greats. He knows the level of crap that Floyd is spouting.
I had planned an epic 6pm-2am pub crawl before settling in the bar where we will watch the fight. Now it will have to be a civilised affair.

Correct.There's no HD option?
Well that fecking sucks, I was planning on going to my folks whilst they're away and ordering it on their Virgin Media bill.Correct.
Sky have only provided SD for Virgin customers.
Pathetic really.
When's the kickoff then? Middle of the night I suppose?

Are you basing that on anything more than him wearing a United shirt to wind Hatton up?Mayweather is a United fan.
It'll probably be more if anything; PPV numbers will probably exceed expectations. Can't believe Mayweather will make $180m on this fight. That's just obscene.
Read it on F365 earlier today. Are you basing that on anything more than him wearing a United shirt to wind Hatton up?

Anyone know if the weigh-in tonight will be shown live on Sky News?
IIRC the Hatton-Mayweather one was. Sky will of course be looking to maximise PPV sales.
http://www1.skysports.com/boxing/ne...ive-mayweather-pacquiao-showdown-in-las-vegasThe two boxing greats will come head-to-head once again at the weigh-in on Friday night (11pm Sky Sports News HQ) and you will be able to follow that on our live and interactive blog.
The 'Inside Mayweather Pacquiao' episodes were a very good watch.
Wonder if there will be a bit more trash talk tonight in the weigh-in or if they'll continue to remain respectful and calm.

He's still an odius ickle shite though.
Yea, that was the Hatton fight; you can see the 'undefeated' poster behind him. He's just a WUM, pretty sure he's not a United fan.
ffs I didn't even notice Hatton sat there.Ahh, that would explain Hatton being there too. It's bad enough having King Jon-un as a United fan, at least Piers Morgan supports Arsenal, though.
Hope the wife beater loses.
There are no losers in this fight. Everyone is winning.
Financially perhaps, but Mayweather has more to lose in terms of his perfect record. If he does lose, he will be widely perceived as having delayed the fight for fear of blemishing his record, and not the litany of excuses he provided (steroid testing etc). On top of that, Pacman is just a generally more likeable personality.
