I just want to be sure he's going to give us everything. We have a squad where most aren't good enough while the remaining who have a bit of talent look like they'd rather be elsewhere.
Evra made a good point in his interview. A lot of our squad don't know why they're here. If this guy comes, I hope he knows why.
 
The UCL final is Liverpool vs Spurs.

I don't see this English dominance dying about - there is just too many good English teams in the world right now & everyone has money of atleast competitive amounts.

The state of the league gives us a good chance.

That could be true and would most probably be given as some bonus. But I don’t believe even for a second that Nike are paying Millions in wages on top of whatever they pay De Jong just to make him play at Barca

Lindelof has played LCB for most of the season and has not struggled
 
It's quite funny watching that Reddit. Betfair suspending bets on De Ligt to Its, now someone is claiming that the announcement will involve Rio and be focussed on the number 5.

Madness.
 
IF we did sign De Ligt then I don't understand any United fan who wouldn't be over the moon. He's 19 and miles ahead of our current CBs and could be the best in the world in a couple of years.

That would actually work really well.

His chances here are slim, he’s been linked with going back to Ajax already, he’s a CB so could play there while they get somebody better, or train him up.

It’s a win win.

I just want the club to announce that he is officially a Manchester United player and he has his first official interview with MUTV as a Manchester United player.
 
Interestingly enough no news from Dutch or British journalists, all the noise is coming from Barcelona.

And why? Because they need their posterboys to sell shirts. Simple as that. You just can't put Phil Jones on a billboard on Times Square.
 
Gut feeling this is the typical press rhetoric so it can be spun [furthermore] how far we have fallen & how this is a win for Barca cause they are holier than thou & MdL chose football over money as if he’s playing for free when he goes to Barca.
