Hes making loads of money everywhere he goes. Money is not the sole reason. He's said before he liked the premier league more than other leagues. Plenty of players like being the potential cornerstone of a rebuild, rather than just one the rest. Theres actually a lot of lure in being the main person to get a sleeping giant to get back up compared to joining a team where you're joining a star studded cast. Doesnt have to be financially related. We are talking about Man United after all. Doesnt matter how far we fall, we'll always have our history, just like how Liverpool could always lure some top players there despite doing feck all in the league for 30 years.

The lad is 19 - has his whole career ahead of him, has captaincy ability which United need whilst the club needs a refresh of quality of players and regaining their foot on the ground for success.

Then the lad is known to talk about his interest in the PL and so on.



De ligt has the ability to be just as money orientated as David silva or Aguero & that has worked for every god darn team that has bought players like this.
