We obviously don't know what the issue is, but you're always far more likely to pick up new injuries right after returning from a lengthy lay-off. And our record this season has been especially bad, so one has to wonder what the feck is going on behind the scenes.
He is a rich man's Beek with the fitness of Phil Jones. Needs to be binned in the summer.

All in all will be a contender for our worst ever signing for so many reasons - price, wages, 1 year from being free agent, wasn't needed at any point since we signed him, always injured, has done the square root of f all on the rare occasions he has been able to play.

Feel bad for the lad. Last place a bloke with injury issues should be doing is coming here, it's going unfortunately exactly like expected.

Great signing he turned out to be. He'll feature in one of them articles talking about what went wrong for ETH after Ten Hag gets the sack.
I think it might even be the biggest cause of his downfall. It would be interesting to know the back up plan if Mount wasn't signed.
Would we have tried to lure him on a free with a massive? Would we have beaten Liverpool or Arsenal to his signing? Who would have we signed instead?
All these muscle injuries are getting worrisome, with quite a few of our players.
