Good performance overall. Did his job simply and well - contributed well defensively. Could just have had a good game but part of me wonders if Mourinho's already had an influence because Fellaini looked much, much more disciplined today than he has been for a long time, both in his actual physical discipline when it came to fouls etc, and in his positional discipline as well. I've often criticised his tendency to go wandering and not really know where he should be on the pitch but he knew what he was doing today.
Will be interesting to see what happens long-term. Still think there's a possibility he might not feature too much once Pogba's in the side because you could argue Pogba offers everything Fellaini does whilst being light years ahead as a footballer, but I'm getting the impression Mourinho likes Fellaini and if he can keep on playing like that I'm happy for him to have a role in the squad.
