Just re-watched the penalty and fecking hell, it STILL makes me nervous. I'm feeling so stressed after watching the clip... even though I know he scored.

Can't even begin to imagine how HE felt out there. That was a "Nani in Moscow" moment.

The thing is, Nani looked (rightly so) scared when he stepped up, and still looked terrified even after he scored.

Rashford took it like it was nothing.

Its so funny, but I never expected him to not score. Just looking at him, I wasnt bricking it (but i would have been if Pogba was on it haha). And his first penalty for United, madness. What a time to take it and step up. And not only that, but it was a fantastic penatly.

He's just fecking whack it! no need for 'look at me look at me' run up.

He didn't has a good game at all being honest, he is clearly not 100% fit but man the ELEPHANT BALLS he showed to take the penaly, he clearly has the mentality I was shitting my pants to see the penalty I can't even imagine the pressure he had on his shoulders and he did it great, strong well located shot, delighted for him.

Have to be honest. I watched the game online, and when he's standing there for the penalty, I didn't even have the balls to watch it. :(

So I left, made a cup of coffee, then came back to see the result. The pressure was too much. I so much wanted us to win that game. He must want it ten times more than me.

Elephant balls from him, seriously I couldn’t even handle it watching on the tv. He showed real character.

As @Siorac as mentioned, the Nani penalty in Moscow truly was the mother of all stakes. I’ll never forget him putting that away and would happily buy Nani a coffee if I ever meet him.

Football is such a funny game, rashford showed incredible nerve to take that, blast it as he should but had Buffon happened to make a freak save would all of our fans forgive him? The entire narrative of his career to date would be entirely different based on one kick, it’s crazy really.

Anyway I’m glad he took it and it’s great to see a guy so young emerging as a senior player with this many games and that level of responsibility. The sky is the limit

When he stepped up I already told him through the TV that I forgived him for missing.

His face looked so calm. I believe what He said about how He wanted to take it and do it "just like in training".
Unreal.

Just rewatched the match. The nerve of the lad to bang that penalty in. Wow. Wish I had that kind of bottle.

He wasn’t playing very well but still involved with all our three goals against PSG, a sign of world class in the future. What a pen as well.

In the post match interview Rashford and Lukaku said that both goals came from strategies they'd discussed before hand between them. That Lukaku would follow his press and that Lukaku would follow in any shot that he took from distance.

It was amazing how he just steped up and took the responsability to blast it. The PSG's players have tried to disturb him. Crazy! He has the required balls. T Silva will rather cry in the dressing room than take such a responsibility. Keep it up, Rash!

Want to say I absolutely love rash, my favorit football player since his debut. He just has this aura of a very special player. The fact he had the bottle to step up and smash the penalty in sums it up! I'm so happy for him and hope he continues to develop properly and stays injury free. I'm not a mancunian born and bred but the fact he is is just brilliant, i love it.

Of course sometimes he's frustrating and inconsistent, but i think its fine for a player of his age. Even Mbappe can be frustrating as we saw on wednesday from a psg point of view.

Greedy and deserves 1/10 rating. He just hasn’t done anything right besides the pen in the last few weeks. Very selfish for someone who can’t finish.

Awful today. Thing is he always contributes though. Would have an assist had Lukaku not turned into Bad Rom again today.

Utter wank. Has been since the injury v Liverpool.

Let Martial or Greenwood play over him while he gets his shit together.

That's my biggest gripe with him. If you are a RvN or a Ronaldo, I can understand this constant greed to be a scorer. Rashford isn't fit to lace their boots so far, yet he keeps taking ridiculous shots even when he has teammates in better positions.

He definitely does need a spell out of the side. Hopefully he'll get that now Lingard and Martial are back.

Yeah, in really poor form during the period in which we move him all over the pitch during games and terrible midfield behind him. Some moves from him can't be excused but he also isn't helped by many bad things such as injury, shit midfield, and playing out of position at the moment.

He should be rested for one or two games with Martial back.

He was also bad against PSG but it got swept away due to his penalty and our qualification.

It'll turn around for him. He works his socks off and tries hard but he's having a bad patch atm.

I don't mind him having an off-day. He's a had a few of them recently.

But his arrogance and arm waving annoys me I have to say. Bit too big for his boots on days like this.

Incredibly inconsistent.

He always has a run of great games in which everything is aligned to him followed by a run of trash games in which he fecks up everything he gets. Story of last 3 seasons or so.

Very frustrating when you can see a player having a complete mare but he doesn’t get hooked. Should have been subbed at half time or possibly earlier.
Scoring a pen, doesn’t make you the main man, release the ball earlier and stop being so bloody greedy, you’re not good enough for that yet.

Hes still only a baby in footballer terms mate. Hopefully consistency will come with maturity.

He's a good young player but seriously needs to stop pretending to be Ronaldo.

Has to be his worst ever game since breaking into the squad?
Yeah, given our recent performances possibly. I’m sure he had plenty of shite games amongst the worst of Mourinho, but he was big a negative influence today.

I dont think he has been that great last few matches but today was a new low. He did nothing and should have been subbed.

He scored that penalty and had that hit that long range shot which Buffon let go for some reason but he wasnt great in Paris. He wasnt great against Southampton either.

He might just be tired. He had a slight injury before i think and he had to play because Martial and Lingard got injured but since that moment he lost that great form he was in.
