Marco Verratti

Conpared to players like Morata's, Higuain's, Lukaku's, van Dijk's, Perisic's, valuation, the Pogba deal was an excellent price I think yes. Maybe because of the inflation that has occured a year after, dont know.

Excellent price is a bit of an overstatement. I don't think Juventus are all that unhappy getting a record fee. But yes, looking at the fees this year we hardly got ripped off

PSG won't sell Verratti, and Dybala has a no-sell clause on his contract for this summer, which means juventus gets to decide, and i don't think they'd sell him right now, even for the full €222M. Timing isn't right

PSG won't sell Verratti to anyone, and I doubt the player wants to play here anyway. Lastly, he's too short for our manager I'd guess, who seemingly only likes footballers to be over six feet.

Seems to be happy with Perreira playing in midfield.

Verratti is NOT a DM and he doesn't play there. Remember the Busquets, Xavi and Iniesta midfield? Veratti plays the Xavi role.

Wouldn't make any sense. He loves his agent number one and number two, Raiola is not the path of least resistance for any club nevermind PSG
It makes perfect sense, Di Campli committed business suicide by openly disrespecting PSG, looking like a Barca mouthpiece rather than a defender of Verratti's interests while PSG holds all the cards and can't afford to reward such an attitude. Yes Verratti loves him but at the end of the day it's business and he can only acknowledge that he messed up.

Raiola keeps good relations with the club and speaks a language of money and tough negociations that PSG are completely fine dealing with.

So now it is all clear: we indeed only get one more player instead of two planned previously, as Veratti costs at the very least as much as Dier and perisic combined (likely more).

On the good side, however, there is now a nearly 100% probability of Veratti coming to us with the help of Signor Raiola - so it will be a trio of Herrera, Veratti and Pogba as our main midfield - perhaps we can live with that (provided carrick, pereira and fellaini are on the bench and give depth).

Quite obviously, an addition of one Veratti will improve Man Utd much more than previously envisaged arrival of Perisic and Matic/Dier, Verrati is an absolute quality and in the area where we do need improvement (i.e. CM)

He will sign a new contract after Neymar signs for PSG. He wanted PSG to buy Champions for him to stay, i think they will do exactly that. Dani alves, Neymar are both players you can call champions.
The number of brazillians in PSG if they also Get Fabinho would be ??

If this happens, when do we confirm the Raiola statue next to Sir Matt Busby?

Riola and Barca not the best of friends? I think he is staying at PSG

Interesting Raiola is his agent now. Just need Raiola to sign up Dembele now.

More chance of signing Kane, Dier and Alli for under 100m this window!
Nope, i think they will sell for 80-100 million and then use that to fund the neymar deal if they intend to sell him. In my mind, Verratti stays there and they still buy neymar and Give barca the L . While also showing they are a club with huge ambitions. This would keep both neymar and veratti happy.
Barca get money they lack to reinvest in their squad, everyone is happy.

As of now there is Alves, Marquinhos, Thiago Silva, Lucas, plus Thiago Motta Brazilian born Italian and Maxwell in the staff. That would make 7 or 8 if there were more to come.

Very likely stay with PSG but with Raiola there is a very small chance.

Although I don't see him going for any less than 120mill

Raiola will keep him away from Barcelona with his salary and fee demands. Only PSG can afford those.

What is your take on your clubs supposed transfer business? You think you will get Neymar/sanchez. what is the feeling on Varratti?

This coupled with his interview and i am very sure he signs a new deal at end of the window after seeing what PSG have bought.

Why would he appoint Raiola at this time? Didn't he sign a new contract recently? If so surely it's for a move?

If it isn't the reason he hired him, it soon will be. Raiola doesn't make money by letting his clients stay put.

The change was made so he could extend his stay, will earn 9 million after tax(i think)

No chance of this happening but if he was available Jose would easily make an exception for him whether he likes taller stronger players or not. When you are as good as Verratti, it doesn't matter.
