At this point I wouldn't mind a one year loan.

There's no chance we get but he's still brilliant when fit. He'd be an old lower cost version of FDJ.
Yeah but the saudi deal could break down if they don't meet pig's asking price, you never know.He is only interested in Saudi move anyway

Apparently Qatari league side are also interested in him
Imagine them also trying to build some sort of super pro league and start raiding Europe for more talent.Aye thank you, I crossed my wires : The latest talk is about a Qatari club indeed.
We should genuinely consider a one year loan i think, but the chances of us getting left back we probably end up not even using is higher. He's still linked with a Saudi [Edit : Qatari actually, thanks to the following poster for pointing it out] club as of now but no advancement so far.
The talk on the street is that Luis Enrique doesn't want him, possibly (only ?) because of the deplorable lack of fitness when he clocked in for pre-season.
If PSG parts, they do need to replace him. They probably won't find one as good but that midfield need a little more depth. The three starters from yesterday are very promising but Zaïre-Emery is only 17, as good as he is already.
It should be a no brainer for us. Much like Neymar, the 30 games he plays for us will be worth it. Still a magnificent player. We should genuinely consider a one year loan i think, but the chances of us getting left back we probably end up not even using is higher.
A Bruno/veratti/casemiro midfield should be much more balanced than if we threw mount in there.

Ofcourse but as a backup option, on a loan deal and to play 30 odd games, he's great. Also, I feel his injury record isn't anywhere as bad as people make it out to be. He's missed 99 games since the start of the 16/17 season. Bigger concern with him is his disciplinary record and I could totally see him spend as much time suspended as Casemiro was last year. His fitness is the biggest concern
We had a certain Wayne Rooney who would show up to pre-season completely out of shape and fitness. As long as Verrati does the job in season, don't think it's that big a deal. The talk on the street is that Luis Enrique doesn't want him, possibly (only ?) because of the deplorable lack of fitness when he clocked in for pre-season.
United fans : We'll have him.
Don't want?Jesus christ.
A loan move would make complete sense so that we're not burdened with him if it turns to shite and because simple there are no other players of his ball playing ability available. You guys are mad, absolutely mad.
You want a unprofessional lazy ass past it has-been thrown into our league and club ?
Like, post SAF, you want the club to make the same , continual mistakes. Why ? WHY ? !
Wait until people realize that more often than not Verratti would only dribble 30m from his goal, then lose the ball which would lead to a goal and cry for a foul.Never understood the constant love from some for Veratti, I would steer clear at all costs.

If people think Eriksen is easily pushed off the ball, they’re in for a surprise with Verratti
Verrati is quick enough and extremely combative in the tackle. A bit too much probably and he'd get 2-3 red cards a season.Would be an upgrade on Eriksen. But we would need someone faster and more physical in addition
Absolutely. I feel a lot of people commenting about him being rubbish haven't watched him regularly in a while and are providing their views on the back of the 2-3 CL ties they watch in a year.I must be missing something because he's always been amazing when I've watched him play.
That said if he is unprofessional then we should steer clear as we've had too many bad apples.
That entire PSG team looked a bit disinterested in the second half of the season and even more so after the CL exit.He has had six bad months and looks a bit uninterested. He is not the driven Zlatan type who will look for a new challenge late in his career.

Not KM from Bondy
He had something to play for with the top scorer race. Not KM from Bondy
Not what the club would want as a first choice but if you had a choice to snap him up on loan with 3 days to go in the transfer window when you have absolutely no decent backup options in midfield, a loan deal/cut price short term deal makes a lot of sense. Of course, he's off to Qatar so none of this matters but the guy would do a quality job when not suspended. As for why there's so much love for him : He's a proper fuoriclasse, World Class player despite all of his flaws. He'll make you stand up your seat sometimes but moan quite a bit too.
Not the right solution for United though a pairing with Casemiro could work decently.

Oh, I agree with on the bits you've mentioned but I'm only hoping this deal, if it had happened at all, would be on favorable terms such as on a loan or similar. In pure footballing terms, he's still more than good enough to easily fit into this United midfield and he's most definitely not Artur.I'm not sure he'll accept being a rotation option, mesh well with ten Hag, be motivated to come to the North of England, must be on eye watering wages and I don't think PSG would loan cheap. No objection on his football, on that alone he'd be a good fit.
