No, I think PSG didn't accept the Saudi bids. He's clearly on the outs with Luis Enrique though I will expect, if there's no suitable buyers, that he will eventually be given a spot in the rotation. They need the depth in midfield and Verratti is too much quality to just let rot in the stands.

Well, if there is no money for Amrabat then there is certainly no money to outspend Saudi for Verratti. Is it known what they offered?
 
I'd imagine PSG is enough to destroy and players motivation.

Look at how much Messi hated it.

PSG should publish its C1 list of players today. Most expect he won't be in there and thus definitely on the way out.
 
Verratti is not in the list for the CL squad. Talks of an announcement for a transfer to the Qatari league for 50 millions € incoming.
 
Triple post but he is flying to Doha for a medical. Signed for Al-Arabi. I don't know the fee has been disclosed, there was talk of 40-50m€.

He didn't stay long enough to become the PSG player with most caps (Marquinhos who trailers just behind will probably pass legacy player Pilorget). But he's the player who amassed the most trophies in French elite league at this point, or so I read.
By far the favorite player of the decade for supporters.
