I read that he has bought a house in Madrid,in La Finca,the same posh area where players live,he was seen in Madrid some days ago. Madrid is not Ibiza/Marbella or that kind of touristic place so I guess that really mean something.Atletico was interested in him and he liked the project but I doubt that they can afford,so I'd bet that he will play in Madrid next year

Reus with space ahead of him is amazing, one of the best in the world. However I feel like at United he would struggle a bit more, especially in LvG's game with a huge focus on ball retention and passing.

Everything I've read is he doesn't like the physical nature of the PL and doesn't want to play there. Which makes sense because of how injury prone he's been the last 2 and a half years.
I don't see any indication that he dislikes the physical nature of the PL, especially since the pressing oriented Bundesliga is also very physical. He also hasn't been injury-prone for the last 2.5 years. He was pretty healthy and reliable player until he picked up the injury that cost him his participation in the WC last summer.
I believe we can sign anyone at this moment in time. Once Di Maria inevitably goes we will go full force on Reus or Bale. Woodward has no limits.

Smells like BS to me. Dortmund are in the middle of their preseason, I don't think their players have much time for some trips to Madrid right now. And even if everything you are saying were true what would that mean exactly? That Reus extended his contract, got rid of the clause and a couple of weeks later he, Dortmund and one of the Madrid clubs agreed to a big money move one year in advance?

According to what I read his intention in the beginning was to play in Atlético, but I don´t think that they can pay, besides Kroos recommended him to play in Real and not Atlético, for the global impact and all those things for which the players care nowadays. Madrid has "derecho de tanteo", I don´t know how to translate, but if Borussia receives an offer Madrid has the right to equalize the offer and get the player, this comes for the good relationships between clubs and an important discount when they got Sahin back. Of course this is all press speculations but in this case I believe that he will play here next season. Anyway Benzema´s future is related to this transfer, so we will see. The good transfers are usually done the last days of the market.

many things can happen yet Dario.United will have money thanks to Di María transfer,besides maybe the club will keep Benzema.Liverpool is also interested but with all respect to Liverpool I think that he would choose us.He is the best player available and in my opinion Madrid should press to get himI wouldn´t be surprised if Reus, Dortmund and Madrid have some kind of understanding. It would make sense for all parties.
