I haven't rated him so far but he was superb today.
Energy is amazing, feels like he’s almost first name on the teamsheet at the moment.
We need a team of players with his mentality.

Ugarte has made such a massive difference to our midfield. Of the players who were missing at the start against Newcastle, Ugarte was arguably the one we missed most.

2nd most important thing we can do in the transfer window after a CF who can score, is getting this guy a backup. We can rotate Mainoo and Bruno in midfield, we have nobody who can rotate Ugarte and given he's a played who likes getting stuck in and puts out a tremendous amount of work... It's needed.
Was brilliant today. Not only was he breaking their attacks, he was also doing a wonderful job to retain the ball in tight spaces.
I actually think he was solid everytime he played. He should be one of the first names in the team sheet. Solid, closes on opponents well, covers well in front of the defenders. Fantastic today

He's not average on the ball - he's very good for a cdm. I'd say he's one of our better players on the ball and has great composure. He and Martinez and Amad.
