That’s the only Geordie I know. Forgive me.
Here's 2 more

I can’t get used to this kit
I just checked in on MUTV. It took me a few seconds to realise who we were.

Fortunately Antony did his normal cut inside and aim for the far post, so it suddenly became obvious we were dressed as Juve today.

Scott made a great run but he overdid it. Should have passed to his left

OOOO-naaa-naaa, Ooooo-naaa-naaaa, Say my name! Ooooo-naaa-naa

You realise this is his second pre-season friendly, coming off of a great season. Right?

I’m trying to figure out if anyone has watched and/or understood the purpose of pre season games. I’m currently trying to explain this to someone in the Mason Mount thread.

It’s about conditioning players, improving fitness and experimenting. This isn’t much more than a training session. We shouldn’t be judging anyone so severely.

No, you were assured it would transform how we build up from the back
Some assured us it would transform our attack, the more practical of us said we needed a striker more than a goalkeeper, and the evidence so far suggests we were right

Maguire's super slow speed exposed within minutes. We can't play a high line with him in the team, he is a target for us to be attacked.

Much nicer build up now with dalot and Antony on the right and Bruno inside (and a forward in Sancho trying to pass the ball and not being selfish)

The evidence being one preseason game where said new keeper is bossing it while we easily play out of presses and are also in the market for a striker.

Okay pal.

Van de beek has no power. Like he has come on the pitch after 5 back to back wanks.
