Great by Case and Amad there. Sancho should be scoring there. Poor shot
 
Surprisingly that was a very pleasant first half on the eyes.

Lots to be happy with.

Depends on the opposition. Against a low block, Amad and Sancho will probably fare better, as they are better technicans. In a game where we're looking to counter, then we'd probably be best opting for Rashford and Garnacho, although Amad has shown he can adapt his game to all situations. Our other wingers struggle with that.
 
Just look at the way Amad treats the ball. Raises the technical floor of the team.
 
Good half. Sancho looked decent and should've scored for sure.

Onana's stopping with the ball is as annoying to me as Pogba's old penalty run ups.
 
Amad is such a good footballer. Has to feature in our starting 11.
 
Get chills watching Amad play. Just looks different when he does things out there.
 
Ok that. Hard to judge Yoro on the defensive side, but his passing looks on point - accurate and progressive. Liking what I've seen of him so far. The goal from Amad was class, too. Collyer looking every bit the midfield boss. So far so good.
 
Amad is the best player on the pitch. Yoro and Mount have impressed too.
 
The most impressive thing about Amad is absolutely everything he does, he can repeat 9 times out of 10.

His technical level is outstanding.
 
Pretty good game for preseason, nice robustness too it.

Yoro looks class above and Amad is ripping it up so far.

Overall pleasing performance so far.
 
Sancho is still Sancho. Technically excellent, but always seems slow. If he could move the ball quicker, he could still be amazing. The potential is there.

Amad has been sublime this half. He is ready for the season to start.
 
Amad with a point to prove right there. They had no answer. Obviously this is just pre-season but it was reminiscent of Sunderland when he got into his stride or even the U21s where he was obviously a level above everyone else.

Someone was saying he's Antony's backup - he's so much better, it's a joke that it was ever a debate.
 
Mount has been decent. He’s got a lot of stamina. Amad and Yoro quality. That pass from Yoro early on was insane.
 
That was a great 1st half for a friendly. Amad's been absolutely fantastic. Great goal. Could have 2 assists. Yoro's been excellent too. Calm passing and a couple good blocks/tackles. Casemiro's played very well. Good to see. Collyer did a good job. Kept things simple but did it all very well. Sancho and Mount got more involved as half wore on but still need more from them. Sancho should have scored.
 
Didnt see much of the first half because ive been at Broadhurst Park but ive just seen a clip of the goal and it looks lije a really good finish by Amad.
