Mount has been poor and we shouldn’t have bought him, but he does also need a run in the team if we want to get the best out of him. You can’t drop a player in a disjointed lineup and expect immediate results.

Strongly disagree. He doesn't need a run in the team for us to see he's too lightweight to play in the heart of midfield. We have his entire Premier League career for reference. We bought an attacking midfielder when we had a ton of them already and needed a box-to-box player. It was like going out for a screw and coming back with a nail. No matter how much we try to make the nail a screw it never will be. £55m wasted.
