Samuel Luckhurst saying players who are getting a rest tonight are David, Jones and Matic.
Fits the revealed squad so far - no Matic or Jones listed. However, also no Shaw or Fellaini:

    Romero, Pereira, O'Hara
Smalling, Lindelof, Rojo, Tuanzebe, Blind, Darmian
    Pogba, Herrera, McTominay
    Mata, Lingard, Mkhitaryan
    Lukaku, Martial, Rashford

Looks like Fellaini or Shaw will be added to that list, with obviously O'Hara not making the 18. Be pretty gutted if Shaw isn't playing, but with Matic rested it seems more likely Fellaini is in. Of course, both could've traveled and it's actually someone like McTominay left out of the 18.

Says on the BBC Sport website there will be highlights of the United-Derby game on the red button and iPlayer at 10PM.

19:55-21:45, Football - Manchester United v Derby County - FA Cup third round, BBC Radio 5 live sports extra (watch highlights on the BBC Red Button 22:00-22:30)

    That's great, thanks for that.

Going to be in an airplane when the match starts, would love to be able to utilize a quality river once I land. If any of y'all have info on quality rivers, PM me, please!

Doubt Fellaini is going to play so soon after coming back from injury.

Why not? It's Derby. I would start him, as even he would get time to shake off some rust. Especially when most of our first choice attackers and defenders are starting, so they can cover for his mistakes.

Expecting Martial and Rashford to start, while Lingard is our MVP and is likely to be rested.

Hm. Bit of a dodgy back four maybe and not a lot of steel in midfield. A team that can be got at. Ought to have enough creativity. Hope Rashford finds some form.

Wish Tuanzebe would get a start.

Why is Pogba playing when Fellaini is available? Glad Lukaku is sitting this one out as well

    4-2-3-1.
Pogba moved back to a deeper position.
Rashford, Mkhitaryan and Mata in the attack.
    :(

That's an LVG team + Pogba and Mkhitaryan. Expect a typical LVG performance :nervous:

Back to the shitty 4-2-3-1 and no Axel, not sure why Jose is persisting with Lindelof at RB either.

I didn't expect to see Mkhi. Perhaps he's not as far out the door as the press would have us believe.

I m really really tired of that 4-2-3-1!! what does Mou need to see that Paul is built for that 4-3-3!!!!!!!!! the team is built for 4-3-3

Just need a win here whoever is playing. Not on tv for fecks sakes.

Still think BBC should be showing this live. Stick it on the red button. You have all these channels doing feck all. If you're going to bid for the FA Cup then why not act like a broadcaster and use one of those dormant red button one's?

Better yet, BBC are testing 4k streaming, looking ahead to the future so why not stream the fecker live on iplayer?

Sure there might be a contract wrangle I suppose, maybe BBC have a certain number but this is just making people look for rivers, many who pay through the nose, why have them looking around? With Amazon now looking in, the beeb is looking really dated here. Might be good if the get out bid for the cup if they can't screen it right in 2018.

Have a sublicense option if you can't handle the FA Cup. Let channel five, Sky, BT or whoever have one game if there's a fixture pileup or clash.

Why? If he's playing the centre of the '3', he's still getting in an advanced position and it's that that's the key (for me).... anything that gets him away from Def Mid/centre mid (and donkey work).

(Edit. Though just seen team and he's in the 2? :(. I'm ambivalent about 532, 4231, 433.... as long as Pogba isn't in a 2)

Surely there's something contractually stopped them from showing it? I'm sure they'd love the extra viewing figures.
