Some dont have a quick enough broadband and I’d rather give sky my money rather than try watch a game buffering every 5 mins and 3 minutes behind.

You don't need internet for a satelite dish :P That said, I'm not getting one of those ugly ass things on my roof - we've moved on from that a long time ago.

Haha he put out the exact same team as 3 days ago. I wasn't expecting that at all

I doubt he had any time to do much with the team. Going with the same team feels logical. We'll have to wait a little bit before he has enough time to implement his ideas.

Bit annoyed that Greenwood doesn’t start ahead of Rashford after that poor game midweek, but fair enough beyond that.

Elanga’s the last sub ahead of Amad. Interesting

People actually thought he’d drop McTominay.

Happy with Dalot getting the start. I think VDB is gone in January.

Martial and Lingard don't make the bench. Elanga does. RR just wants those committed to the cause.

Same 11? Seems bizarre with a barrage of fixtures, but what do I know.

What is Mata doing there? I honestly don't get it.

Martial is done at this football club. I expect him to be sold in summer.

I'm almost as excited to watch our first game under a new manager as if we had bought a new star player.

Should be fascinating to see how Rashford reacts to the new system. From what I've seen of him over the last 9 months he looks finished.

Only VDB and Greenwood to change the game if needed.

Too many passangers on that bench.....god we need to clear more dead wood they just keep on piling.

He had covid, so I’m not sure how ready he is for a full 90 yet. I reckon a lot more of the players will get a run in midweek to make their case.

Interesting that its the same line up. Really don’t ever see the need for both Fred and Mctominay at home against such teams, particularly when it often leads to poor performances.

People jumping to conclusions after seeing the line up yet Rangnick’s only had one training session. It’s logical to go with the same team that beat Arsenal in the last match so he can see whether the same players can implement his ideas before making changes in the next games if needed.

Not sure why people were thinking he'd change the team thats got confidence from the win during the week.

The game during the week is a dead rubber, he'll ring the changes in that game. If he'd have changed it today, it would've disrupted any rhythm the team has got going.

Suspect anyone expecting radical changes after one session will be disappointed today. I'm hoping for a few positive signs, but not a night and day change in performance level.
