People need to chill, he's had about 6 hours with the squad. Its fine to use the same starting line up, let's see the impact he can make with them.

We get all 3 games live in Norway, so why noone showing in England?

People jumping to conclusions after seeing the line up yet Rangnick’s only had one training session. It’s logical to go with the same team that beat Arsenal in the last match so he can see whether the same players can implement his ideas before making changes in the next games if needed.

Interesting that its the same line up. Really don’t ever see the need for both Fred and Mctominay at home against such teams, particularly when it often leads to poor performances.
He probably wants another look at this lineup then against Young Boys, in a match that makes no difference to our CL position, he will rotate.

We will finish top no matter any result.
My bad. Thought we were being punished by playing two days later. We’re already top even if we lose.

Ah, yeah - of course we do. This is where perception plays tricks on you. I still thought we needed a win to guarantee top spot. Due to our performances, it seems like we've lost more than we actually have.

Slightly surprised it's completely unchanged. But we'll probably see a completely different team midweek and see the real changes next weekend.

Need 3 points. That is all I care. Hope some fast transition or attacking play will be there

Jones on the bench is more weird as we have Bailly available too. From one bench to another bench for Jones.

Some dont have a quick enough broadband and I’d rather give sky my money rather than try watch a game buffering every 5 mins and 3 minutes behind.

You don't need fast broadband the signal comes from a satellite dish exactly like Sky Sports.

I think Jesse probably got an injury in training or something, Can see why Martial is dropped but Jesse is a player Rangnick would love.

Wow, the professor is already at it.

and still VDB does not get a start !

Stop shit-stirring please. He did get a couple of starts recently, failing to impress. He will get his chances but for a new manager, it's best to stick with known quantities initially.

Is this bloke just lucky or do we still have leaks coming out of the dressing room?
Ralph will wreck it over the Paddy Keogh leaks.

    The source needs flushed out.
He posted it at 12:45, so it was likely just a leak from the media embargo. Teamsheets are submitted a while prior to the the team announcements, which are an hour before kickoff, and the media receive them so they can prepare graphics etc.

Nothing changes even though Ralf has seen our last games haha! return of McFred and Maguire stays as captain

So much for the hype over Rangnick stamping his authority over this team straight away and giving players like Martial and Donny a fair crack of the whip.

    Disappointed.

    Ahhh makes sense

He seems to make the bench often. 9 times out of 10 he won't play. Waste of a bench spot.

But he's so nice guy, can see Ole giving him new contract based on shit like that.

Complete waste of space in terms of wages and like you've said place in squad.

It’ll be interesting how Bruno plays & if he’s going to be a bit deeper than under Ole. Hopefully Dalot does well again, Zaha will give him a challenge. Rashford needs to play better otherwise I hope Ralf is proactive with his subs.

It's interesting that he had kept Dalot in despite Wan-Bissaka coming back. The latter is certainly one of the players who will have to adapt a lot to Rangnick's style (especially since pronouncing proactive approach to the game was one of the first things that Ralf did in the presser).

Hopefully we'll see more of van de Beek as the time goes. A good 20-30 minutes off the bench won't be too bad.

    Facepalm.

He's literally had 1 training session with this team. Making major changes based on 1 day of training makes 0 sense.

No one expected “radical” changes, and of course it’s sensible to take all the time required to make sure Shaw and Varane are fit, but it is a bit of a surprise to see both of Fred and McTominay to get the start against a Palace side that’s out of form.

It's become very common and seems very difficult to stop. Happened with Chelsea yesterday as well. Liverpool haven't managed to stop it in years.
